So why does my team complain to me… why do low elo think duelist should 1v5 in site. I think what makes a duelist and any role shine is your team. I do everything you’ve shown. Take space, clear most of the site, expecting my team to clear what I didn’t. But no one follows up, I clear site, enemy team pushes heaven I die and I’m to blame. Low elo really is a struggle.

I used to be a Fade main before taking a break for like a year. I only played roles that filled the team’s spot, and never got the chance to play any duelists. I just told myself I didn’t have the aim or confidence to hold my role if I were duelist. I came back with my friends as a way to have fun, and I played Neon for the simple dash and the rest of her kit. I learned aim was pointless if you just send it when some players aren’t expecting it lol.

pre-yap session : i stopped playing this game from the amount of stress it causes me. a 800 valorant tracker score , positive every game , no callouts (looking at the mini map got me killed sometimes if i got caught by a lurker but i know that’s on me) , sometimes a thrower or afk , when i play controller (omen) we have a bad dualist but when i play dualist (jett) we have a controller that places bad smokes or a team that is scared of pushing cypher wires after i dash through. i do good amongst my plat friends but i can’t rank up out of silver. i was taught how to play vs those who learned on their own so i understand i should be hard carrying. but come on i have 4 40 kill+ games and won only 1. with the smurfs i encounter it is just RNG because if they get to my team before they get to me we lose the round. i see why they call it ELO hell and i hate watching streamers or youtubers my rank ranking up to gold and you look at their games & they’re playing with 5/10 understanding of what’s going on and 5.5/10 aim. Im also stuck with some diamond peaks , asc peaks , etc which i find crazy plat is where i draw the line at my skill level.

I cant get kills with entry when I solo q. My team baiting me. I can get more kills with clove.If I play duelist with my 4 friends I always being mvp. (Ascendant lobby)
