what’s the genre of this movie?

Blew my mind in the first minute Cam. I envisioned this movie as some boys going out hunting, so i never have looked it up or seen the cover art before. Appreciate the passion and ill put it on the must watch list. When i feel down and want to escape, i like to put on my VR headset, jump in to Bigscreen and watch Beowulf 3d in my own virtual cinema. It's my favorite way to experience the movie and its so cozy

I watch this and remember more than Batman with Robert Pattinson. I fell asleep with his movie. This movie reminds me so much of titanfall 2 and is why this movie is far better than most people give it.

Do you know of fans and critics like/love their first film because I keep hearing negative comments towards the franchise that it gets hate but they don’t hate the 2007 original so they did it have intelligence and a coherent plot.

WOW….UNFROSTED…so MANY LAUGH OUT LOUD moments of subtle mockery of stuff from the past. Watch it with a Baby Boomer to get clued in, if you can get them to stop laughing. Bigg Cam is right about the delight of the multitudes of recognizable actors and actresses. He claims Jerry did not get Kellogg’s or Post’s permission, or, I ask, is that just a promo fib?. All that free advertising for a product that always tasted like sweetened cardboard to me. More excitement for the brain than the palate to eat a pop-tart or Post-toastie. You had to live through hearing Tony the Tiger cartoon loudly growling out a prolonged GR R R R R EAT… to really appreciate Hugh Grant’s role. And how about that Jack LaLanne? How could a 20 year old possibly understand? If you don’t get it, go back to your woke crap and vampires, witches, werewolves and draculas. Talk about crap.

iirc the magic was never explained to be real or not 😅 but it’s a “popcorn” film so I don’t think too much about logic lol, five stars for nysm 1&2

Mad Max (1979) is the masterpiece! It has good rhythm, switching between dynamic (action) and static (drama) scenes. Unlike any of the sequels, first Mad Max had idea about family being a last shelter before upcoming apocalypse. Then, of course, Miller is especially good at filming car chasing and crash scenes and in using adequate australian desert landscapes, he will demonstrate that exceptionally in the great sequel The Road Warrior with bigger budget. Beyond Thunderdome is weakest of the first 3, but I loved it as a kid, and still find it enjoyable. Fury Road was overrated, and I don't think I'll like Furiosa, so I'll just pretend that they don't exist.

Absolute banger movie. All the actors knocked it out of the park. The pencil disappearing trick always cracks me up. Heath had such good delivery and owned that role

This is my favourite Batman movie. An no I am not lying. Watched it on the Cinema in the UK when I was 9 and think it is brilliant.

This episode was fantastic. War has been declared, and I don't think 1 of the Professors speeches is gonna save the day. Magneto is justified in attacking, and Bastion is still a whole ass problem.

nice review! it is a continuation of the Christopher Reeve's movies but it ignored superman 3 & 4, Brandon Routh returned to the role about 3/4 years ago in the CW Crossover Crisis On Infinite Earth, i encourage you to look up those scenes.

The Grinch so far is Ilumintation’s only feature film not to have any villains or antagonists aside from the Grinch appearing as its villain protagonist and all the movie’s conflict comes from his redemption arc instead.

Yes, they did come out with a Basic Instinct 2 in (2006). But that movie was nothing like the masterpiece Basic Instinct was. The mystery, the lure, and the fact that it had you guessing who really was the killer. Basic Instinct 2 had a terrible story and the acting was terrible. It wasn't much of a sequel because the story went in a different direction. You could watch it if you want, but I wouldn't recommend it To be honest.

One of the best movies of the 80’s. Swayze’s so cool as the cooler. My favourite quote I still use today, “opinions vary”. I found the reimagining dull, apart from the last fight, and Gyllenhall’s performance turgid.

I saw this on the big screen at a local multiplex last September as part of Batman day. Absolutely AMAZING experience! All in 4K and you could hear dialogue lines that were not in earlier prints!

How sick it is that Prometheus was 12 years ago and this one 7 . If had to answer spontaneously i would have said the first 6-7 years ago and the later a couple. Prometheus was an ok movie for what it was, much more atmospheric than the Covenant that was disappointing. It was an impossible project to pull. You had the space travel part, the world exploration part, the explanation(of the events to this point) part, and the ''fighting the alien'' part. It failed in all counts as it was underwhelming and unsatisfying. Too much stuff going on and too little runtime to fully develop any of them. Add a dozens of characters and that's the cherry on top of the failure.

Pretty uninspired review TBH. At least know the name of the lead actress Naomi Rapace (who is well known in Europe)! And you said you watched Covenant before Prometheus?! A little research would go a long way. Also: The Xenomorphs adapt their physiology from their host. That’s why they don’t look like the ones from Alien, which takes place AFTER Prometheus and Covenant.
