Can you remove the pan with this technique? I need to replace the pane and pump. Thanks
@123thef honestly no.. I remember I tried to remove the pan, but the hump closer to the harmonic ballancer would not clear.

I did that 2 months ago fixed it but then now the truck doesn’t shut off which is good. But the issue I have now is that when it’s warm I turn it off then 30 mins later I try turning it on and it struggles to turn on but second try it works now. Changed starter, ignition switch, battery, crankshaft sensor, fuel pump. Doing it still smh

I know I’m late to the party but anyone watching this should put a really before the switch the defrost button won’t be able to handle the amps of the starter for long.
@indy007jones that would actually be after the switch. The signal is coming from the switch, not to it.I haven't had an issue in 4 years
Bro I’m having the same issue. Been to countless salvage yards trying to find a v8 trailblazer fuse box. You can’t find them anywhere. Not even online. Glad I found it video! I’m about to fix this shit myself!
@DaleBlackBass if you got all the symptoms 100% thats the issue. I haven't had an issue since I did this.. hope this works for you bro..

Hopefully it's only the clutch. Make sure you have gear oil inside the manual transmission. You know if it's the clutch it has a distinct burnt smell like going downhill and your brake drums are smoking
that car need alot more than a clutch.
Did you get this all finished up? since you didnt hook to the ECU did you get any codes from removing the factory fan or a service engine light? Also was that controller strong enough for those fans? I hear those fans draw a lot of power.

what gauge wire do I use to bridge/connect it? I have no idea what gauge wire lmao. edit, nvm. I did it with 18g wire, engine still won't start. starts by jumping the solenoid though! fuckin piece of shit ass mustang

@@GetoRigd not with a key, no. only by jumping the solenoid. I'm getting a circuit tester to check wires n such. car has been a pain in my ass. doesn't run right, won't start with key, fixed so many things, replaced parts, replaced fuses, fixed wiring, still nothing until i jump the solenoid. ERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRG edit: I got the car for free also and I've only put $100 bucks into it so far and it runs and drives (sorta) just need to fix the key part and idling
both wires are getting power that I hooked the switch up to, just nothing is happening. It did blow a fuse but it isn't a fuse that attaches to the wires I put the switch to, it blew the fuse that goes left to right below fuse 6 in the video. No idea what is going on, also the clutch safety switch is bypassed
@yeetcannonblaster5396 sounds like you might have a short somewhere and maybe also a break somewhere along the signal wire to the solenoid.. have you checked the solenoid end and made sure it actually has a signal at the end of it?
@GetoRigd I haven't been able to figure out how to. I'm not very wire savy. I've checked if alotta wires had power and they did, though. The yellow wire that goes to the solenoid is the one I should be checking, right? How would I check it exactly? Also, the small red wire on the top small post of the starter solenoid, how do I test that one?

There's a hanger right before the tip.. yours might be sitting on the opposite side.. easy fix

Does it matter if a 5 lug rear differential comes out of a v6 mustang.? Or does it have to be from a v8.?
I believe the v6 came with a 7.5 rear.. look for a v8.

Empty the radiator. Flush it And solder it using flux before solder. Really easy to do just use only enough heat to melt solder. Good luck on your ride .
