I love aviation as my channel shows. I tend to fly at least once a month or every few months. As for why the silly pilot pony is there as a banner it is because I am highly involved in the Brony community and do voice work in the Brony Fandom and this is how some people recognize me(don't let that distract you from the videos). Helicopter Takeoff Houston Methodist Hospital
I was just recently hospitalized and lucked out and had a view of the hospital's helipad from my room. Methodist hospital is not a level 1 trauma center so it does not see too much helicopter activity. I was lucky enough to capture this one taking off. I wish I could identify it,but I know next to nothing about helicopters.

Probably the best approach into Hobby I have had in a long time. The video starts off showing the suburbs of Katy and Cinco Ranch over to the Galleria area, Bellaire and Greenway Plaza, then it goes on to the medical center/ Rice University the downtown and University of Houston before heading into Hobby Airport. Aircraft was N748SW built in 1999.

Built in 1984 for Southwest Airlines and remained with them until it was retired in 2011 and donated to the Frontiers of Flight Museum. The cockpit of N525SW after flying from New Orleans to Houston. All of the 500s will be gone by 2016 as they all average to be about 22 years old. Thanks to the crew for letting me film this as usual.

N523SW heading back to Houston. Due to runway work we took off on runway 10,which isn't very common. There are some great views of the city(including the Super Dome and Central Business District) after takeoff :) Takeoff is around 8:30.
