Nissan NV200 Campervan
Просмотров 44 тыс.8 лет назад
A walk through of the conversion from Nissan NV200 van to campervan and a few tips! Taking you through the conversion from start to finish and a few extras I've added since finishing the van. This is just the way I did it, if you're converting an NV200 or any other van into a camper hopefully you'll get some useful ideas to take away.
Thanks, we have the same van. Does everything stay dry when it rains?
Türkiye den selamlar
I recognise that camp site. Hutton le hole?
Great
Works great as an awning but an absolute pig to put up by yourself, especially in a breeze
Hi, great video, can you let me know where those window cover/blinds came from, thanks🙂
this tent is not budget anymore in my country. It is the best choice for M40 salary base.
Такая дыра для комаров...
I've used the tent, it's great. 😊⛺️👍 ruclips.net/video/VcmOzZtqYo4/видео.html
Love review debs.
Great Review 👌
Bought one for our Vivaro campervan. Used it last Thursday and it stood up to storm Ellen. It does have a few design flaws. The ground sheet should have peg loops in the same place as the "Fresh" version of this shelter. Also the large opening doesn't velcro when the lines are tensioned, but for £80 it's good. A sheltapod is more expensive and better quality.
I used it in strong wind this week. It could do with zips rather than velcro on the opening side, and pegs in the middle of each side like at the door, but it stood up well when I doubled the guy lines on the windward side
It was the same storm then mate. You are correct, a zip down either side of the main opening would be great. I'm going to put velcro strip down either side and put loops on the ground sheet at the centres. It stood up to the torrential rain no problem.
Hey dude. Great review. Just bought a Maxi Caddy and I'm looking at awnings. Would this one fit over the tail gate as well as the side if you wanted to? I see you have some helpers there with you lol, but do you think you would be able to put the awning up by yourself if you had to, I'll be mostly on my own you see? Cheers dude.
I put it up myself and it's pretty easy. I did see a video of a guy who used it on the back door of a Berlingo which is a similar size to a Caddy
@@liamwhitehead8965 I was wondering the exact same thing as Doticaster since I own a VW Caddy myself. would it be too much trouble to ask you the height between the floor and the entrance's top arch? By entrance I refer to the side of the awning that you've "attached" to your van's sliding door. Thank you in advance!
Very nice conversion. Do you have a link for the pop-top?
no toilet???
Idk looks to small for me
Awesome thanks for the great walk through!
Why do these types of videos always have the most annoying music possible?
The same reason they never have links or information on where to get the major products used. tsk tsk tsk
And now in the coolest blue one can imagine ;-) Nice work!
Hi, did you just lay the plywood on top of the insulation?
MrEksatmisis foil insulation, loft insulation, then foil again over the ply lining
The rock end roll bed, where and how much please?Great vid and little rig you made!
alexzanderarmstrong they were really good jdsmetaltech.co.uk/price-list/
thanks so so much!!
What's that about the dvlc regs and the table?
Jim Brown there has to be a table which attaches to the vehicle in some way if you want to reclassify the vehicle as a campervan. If you Google it there's a list of DVLA regs
