the animated sections in the original take on me video were animated at 12 fps, which is the same frame rate i used for my version. while filling in every other frame to create a 24 fps version may look interesting, it would feel distinctly different from the original

One of the best songs and videos ever made (the original) and this was well animated to fit in. I usually laugh when i watch steamed hams mods but i was kinda moved by this. Only a few steamed ham mods are on this skill level (like the lego one). I've binged like 30 steamed hams in a row that i added to the watch later list (many great ones). The funniest one so far was the australian version, lol

This then segues into the third video of the trilogy, Monorail of Mind. That has A-Ha singing at the abandoned monorail station in Springfield intercut with rough animation clips from Itchy and Scratchy.
