Black panther suit. Was basically a power rangers suit. Mask was even a helmet. Can also start off by having them already rangers. Then a cinema quality of their fight highlights, but make the monsters look like a threat. Don't make zedd and rita fun. Make them actual threats. Even in mmpr when goldar was in the shadow realm with Jason etc the tension was high. Establish the rangers are stronger than people to face the patties without suits, and need to morph to face the main villains. After the fight highlights the film can show clips of movie versions of the other teams losing a battle again a new big bad. Maybe zedd again or ooze even. Make the villains look demonic. Still jokes here and there. But legit threats. And filmmakers can go from there.

kind of worried to be honest because Hasbro was making a theatrical movie and animated show for the new my little pony reboot and Hasbro screwed it up and censored the original story and toning it way down from its older audience and ruining 10 years of writing and world building :/

I want to see Mighty Morphin for the movie. The Mighty Morphin Power Rangers are THE Power Rangers. They're the ones that everybody knows. They are the originals. It would be really stupid if they made like a Mystic Force movie or a Dino Charge movie.... MMPR are THE Rangers.

Why... WHY??? Why would they cut that scene out? It would have been so powerful and a tear jerker.

And what Paramount can do and Hasbro to test this theory with boom studios is have them do a prelude to the power rangers series the life action series by introducing Grace Sterling and the original pack for the power rangers which will go into introducing the cycle green soccer psycho green saga that would be a nice prelude to warm everybody up to the idea of this new reboot of power rangers people going out this power rangers reboot all wrong

Power Rangers definitely missed out on this one. Especially since three of the rangers have animal motifs that match with American Professional Football Teams (Kansas City Chiefs, Detroit Lions, and Philadelphia Eagles.). So much so I made Gozyu Leon my profile picture.

when i met JDF just before he passed I had him sign a couple things. I remember him telling me and many other fans he was past the Tommy persona and was ready to move on to his new stuff. He signed the shield I designed, but instead of a poster of one of his Ranger suits I went with one of him as the Last Dragon

I understand Power Rangers is the most popular kids show, but I wish 90's shows like Beetle Borgs, VR Troopers, and Mystic Knights got made a comeback.

She’s so adorable. It’s sad that we don’t have these kind of conventions in The Philippines. I haven’t got the chance to meet JDF, Catherine Sutherland, Patricia Ja Lee and the rest of the rangers from MMPR to Wild Force.

“Dinosaurs sell really well with kids” okay then why did they kill the main series with Dino and Cosmic Fury? Why did they say they were disappointed with PR’s sales that they licensed the toys to Playmates? Yes Dinos sell. But given what I see at retail as a retail worker only Jurassic World toys sell well. Kids want those realistic dinos. Not these robot dinos. Hell even in Japan Ryusoulger didn’t sell well.

Man...I remember when they were just trying EVERYTHING from Tokusatsu back in the day, trying to bring it over. VR Troopers, Kamen Rider, Beetle Borgs...of them ONLY Power Rangers has managed to stick it out. I do remember watching all of them at one point or another though and having one of the comics where Masked Rider crossed over with Power Rangers back in the 90s..I actually rather liked VR Troopers and Beetle Borgs along with Power Rangers...oh lord back in the 90s I was a HUGE Power Ranger nerd growing up. I kinda drifted away from Power Rangers and more towards the OG Super Sentai as I got older though but I still have fond memories of Power Rangers...still have my unopened 1990s Dragonzord with Green Ranger figure, still has the 90s tape holding the box closed.
