Green/advanced group, final session. Getting back some speed at Calabogie but not quite there yet. First time riding with Bridgestone V02 slicks, from Dunlop.

As much as I love the Werkes GP, it can be problematic for track sound check. The OEM exhaust is a pig and limits ground clearance so I've fitted a Hindle Evolution (with and without noise reducer). Belly pan will need to be modified as the mid-pipe doesn't clear. FYI I kept walking away to check a sound meter app on my phone placed 15ft away, however, the results didn't make any sense whatsoever.

Big crash while attempting to setup to pass another rider. My apologies to Justin (who kept his bike upright) and everyone else. Don't ride like this and practice safe passing. Season over. RIP XT lap timer.

Nice riding. It's amazing how the 1000s make up so much time over the 600s on this track.
Yeah, a 128 on a 1k is quick, but do that on a 6. Especially when hitting 163 mph on straight. I'm about 155 down the back breaking 130s.

With maybe 20 trackdays under my belt so far, I still don't have a single one at MoSport (only DDT). I look forward to riding it (maybe with Pro6) if I get a chance this season. Watching your downshifting and blipping is a joy, very smooth! Subbed!

Awesome video, I was there this weekend (in blue group), first two track days ever. Your times are more than half a minute faster than mine 😂😂😂 The thought of a 1:30 lap is pretty damn scary actually.
Mosport and "scary" go hand in hand. It's one heck of a track, especially for a first track day. I hope you had a great time, despite the poor weather. Hope to see you back next year. ✊

@@jsm3233 GoPro for video, Solo 2 for data acquisition, RaceRender for video overlay. There may be better alternatives on the market today.

I used RaceRender 3 for the overlay using data from Aim Solo 2. Also, Adobe Premiere Elements for video adjustments. Thank you!! ✊

Any track surface repair this year?
I wouldn't think so. Track was very bumpy IMO and had grass coming up through the cracks. I hope it gets resurfaced because I really enjoy the layout.
How were track conditions ?
The track was okay being TMP, just a bit slippery the first couple of morning sessions. I'm sure fast laps could be had. Pay no attention to my times. ✊
Did I see a 1:18 in there? Holy shit that's fast. My best is a 1:31 on a stock gixxer 6. I'm still in green though. Luv watching you guys go around that track.

@@JordanDecarie25 That's funny but sad, the GSXR was pitted next to me. Better you didn't catch a tow, I've never run off track so many times. Should be at TMP often next season, that's the plan anyway.
@@ericteal well dang! We only did one AM session and a couple afternoon. The track wasn’t offering much grip until like 3pm. I was eyeballing the gixxer too I should have known.
