I have these that came with hinges and mounted them in the exact same way. They look great. However, how did you attach hinges to the lid? Mine were loose so they just slip out. Are they supppsed to be glued?

I had Technic 1200 MK2 for about 10 years then I went through a divorce and I lost my turntables went through a 15-year Hiatus from DJing and music making and I decided to get back into it and I was looking for some Technic 1200 or the equivalent and I came across these things I bought a pair of these after watching a few reviews and finding out that they still had analog pitch controls like techniques and I can say without a shadow of doubt that these turntables are better than 1200s. These things are tanks and I absolutely love them. So thank you without your video and another video from Zeus the DJ and the fact that you verified they used analog pitch control. I knew without a shadow of a doubt that I had to get a pair of them.. I use them mainly with DVS.

Other than start and stop adjustment does this turntable have torque adjustment as well or is the torque just preset? Or is the start adjustment also the torque adjustment?

Whatever reason not to get technics is the high price...yes we know it is a very good "investment" but some just cannot afford them.

Not a DJ, however I purchased two of these tables when the price was 499.00 a table. Since the pandemic, they are now 599.99. They are a total tank! 🙂 I wasn't crazy about the stock cartridge, so I went out and purchased the Ortofon Concorde MkII CLUB Single. Love it completely. Although I am experiencing an issue. The cartridge is weighting in at 18.5 grams. Kind of on the heavy side. When I test the Ant-Skate set at 2, and the counterweight also set at 2 grams, the tone arm slowly moves to the center spindle when using a Anti-Skate test disc. I thought about purchasing a heavier counter weight. But would like some input before doing so. Jonathan

After selling my 1210s 20 years ago i need something just for the house... for a nice booth set up... and these look like they might work out just fine matched with a Traktor S4.... actually the LP40XP might better for connecting to the S4... then just run the S4 through the Mac.. pair the whole thing with 2 KRK5 monitor speakers... thoughts ?

this mixer is horrible for scratching and does NOT do pin sharp crabs

General question: just getting a setup together with this mixer and a AT-LP120. Going from phono to mixer (via rca & ground) into into numark channel 1, and output to jbl mkii series 3 ( via rca to 1/4” jack in speaker) im finding bass levels are generally low across all my vinyl unless channel gain and master are super high. Do you know if the mixer has a pre amp? I have the channel on phono as well. Wondering if I need to get an external preamp but I feel like that shouldn’t be necessary
