Hi did doctor remove bony spur in the nose? Please let me know
It’s a crime this movie isn’t part of journalism school curriculum.
I’m a sweatshirt hoarder😅
Brick is not a meteorologist; at this time, weatherman were just actors. In the sixties, weather was often done by clowns, puppets, "characters", etc.; it was done for entertainment. My local station got it's first meteorologist in 1978.
Where did you get the dress you wore in the shoot?
I mean the brand. I know you got it at Ross
I love soup
I had a septoplasty and turbinate reduction done a year ago. My recovery was rough. I had sinus pressure everyday for 4 months. My nose is still swollen but when the swelling goes down I breathe amazing. My ENT said it can take some people a long time to recover. My friends who had the procedure done said it took them 3 - 6 months to fully recover. For me it will take as long as it takes; my nose is SLOWLY getting better month by month. Note: I lift heavy weights often, might be the reason my recovery is taking so long.
Thank you💯🙌
Soup
This is why I left college in my first semester, got a trade and now I have a stable job going on for nearly a decade with some pretty good benefits, and not in a giant pile of debt.
I'm getting this surgery on May 23rd 2 days away ... I am having nasal splints put in for a week. Were you able to get air through a little or not at all with the splints ?
im planning on attending mtsu. it seems like a great school from all that i have heard
10:30 The joke was that Brick can't even read.
You got Sid from Ice Age eyes.
bad video, waste of time
Gen eds should be a choice. If you don’t know what you want to do, you have the choice to take gen eds, but if not it shouldn’t be a requirement for those knows what to do
The idea that a comp sci student who took 25k worth of art, communications, psychology, physics, bio, chem, English, history classes would outcompete a student who spent all of that extra time learning to code is completely ridiculous, that mentality is outdated. It’s too expensive to justify general university credits these days, the world is changing university needs to adapt
Yeah I have a question for you sweety , it’s been two weeks since I had done my septoplasrty surgery and I feel congested and I don’t breathe normal through my nose yet . So is that normal and when you started to feel less congested and could breathe through your nose better?
I agree with you completely I am a Civil Engineering student, and thank God for all the AP Classes that I took in high school (APUSH, AP Spanish, AP US Gov, Calc BC, Computer Science) that it took care of half of my Gen Ed, but even with that I had to take Art I, Texas Government, Composition, Psychology, Gen Chem (I know its not technically a Gen Ed at my school but still required for Civil Engineering when in my career I'll be designing building and worrying way less about what chemical reacts with what). And some professors I had for those Gen Ed classes though that their class was the most important and everything had to rotate about them, like I have a Dynamics midterm tomorrow but yet I'm reading a 5 page article about the Railroad Comissioner election, writing a 500 word journal entry about it, and replying to 2 classmates with 200 words each. Like the state can calm down I won't vote for Trump or Biden and won't screw over America, I just wanna get my degree and get a job in my field.
Fully agree. That's why I pre gamed those classes with clep and Sophia. Saved me a lot of money
I love your videos. I wish everyone on earth would live in fruit of the spirit and be generous. There's no reason for greed to exist because it's a deadly sin and it caused the rich man to be damned.
I am very fortunate to receive financial aid at my local community college and I am getting my gen eds out of the way now. They're not my favorite in some aspects but for me its more bad luck with instructors, I had to take a government course with an instructor that was condescending and gave their opinion rather then teach the material. I was so glad to be done with that. Personally, yes, i can't wait to be done and never take them again.
Do you work in New York?
Hi I’m a PA at my station and I am about to start training to produce. Do you ever make extra content that you hide/float/kill in the run down for moments where a story you had planned isn’t going to be aired etc? I realize that question is worded terribly… lol sorry! Do you over stack your shows if you have the time to do so so that you aren’t screwed and unable to fill the time?
God Bless you 😇
Post your dancing vid..............
🎉🎉🎉 great video
Did it hurt to remove the splints from your nose?
She looks amazing a year after the surgery. I think I’d be afraid my nose wouldn’t heal properly and it would look weird after it’s healed up I may have to have that surgery. This is helpful.
You answered my questions watched a lot of recovery videos and no one mentions how long for it to go down and breath again I’m 11 days post opp and freaking out as my right nostril is still blocked and not much air passing through where the left is quite clear
I had this surgery done a month ago. I feel much better now, since my breathing has improved by quite a lot. However, it took me around 3 weeks and multiple check up visits to the surgeon to get to this stage. In each visit, the surgeon cleaned my nose and removed the excess mucus and dried blood. To anyone who is planning to get this surgery done, i would advise you to be prepared to stay inside for 2-3 weeks atleast, and nasal congestion after the operation is also quite common due to dried blood and mucus being stuck inside the nose. You should start to feel the full scale of the improvements much better after a month or so after the operation.
How are you feeling now? How much of a benefit do you feel? I had surgery a week ago and things are just starting to ease off now, I can't wait to see the final results and hopefully be able to breath out of my nose and enjoy life!
What is the nicest dorm? And what one is the cheapest?
Who does not love and marry a wonderful and gentle angel who came from heaven like you, how can he lie to himself and say that he is happy with his life
Oh my heart, I really pity you and excuse you, so how do we look at all this beauty and tenderness, and how do you not adore her as my eyes loved her
I disagree. I think you misinterpreted GE classes with how expensive colleges are. GE classes, no matter how we perceive them as dumb, are very much necessary. A component I would point out is that just because I despise math does not mean I do not need it for my art and English degrees. For a lot of jobs, I need to know math for animation, design, speech writing, etc. I would suggest looking into jobs and what they are and require you to learn/do while doing it. I think you’re a hypocrite Katie. Simply because you said you are there to learn in college, but yet refuse to learn classes you may very well need for the future. And many (if not all) are prerequisites of some kind for any number of career paths. College is expensive, even with all the resources to pay for it debt-free (which IS possible). College can be stressful and also difficult in subjects we are less good at, but with the right teacher, tutor, study skill, etc you can pass and actually learn a thing or two when applying the class in some way. You only learn that way, and you can’t possibly just take general classes in HS and get a job in a specific field with no other info (accounting, business, editing, all require a mix of math and English and such). I would have stressed how unnecessarily expensive college can be everywhere, not how GE classes are the worst. Your article was very informative about the necessity of GE classes, no matter how boring or stressful they can be. And I love electives. It’s a break from what I am doing towards my degree. I don’t think they should be cut out simply because they do not apply to my current path. They help destress and a break from crazy studying and homework. And hey, maybe it might be something worth continuing out of class and or after school. A hobby maybe. College is not a scam. Advisors care about your career. And there are a TON of trade schools. No trade school or university is as bad or better than the other, it depends on your focus. I apologize for the long comment. My opinion is that you’re angry and misinformed.
Hello, please reply 🙏🏼 when u got ur deviated septum fixed did your nose look straighter?
Also, what will the quadratic formula help me in my major of nutrition.... quadratic formula like whaaat. If its math, I would like to know how taxes work, finances in my day to day life...
Does anyone know how to get out of doing them? I have bad ADHD and cant focus on things that don't interest me but I excel at the things that do, (like most normal people) but it goes beyond the normal avoidance, no matter what I do I cannot sit long enough to understand the material to write anything substantive. I paid 1500 so far to take this class and despite already knowing what to expect i ended up dropping it the second time around because its a waste of my time.
How often do you brawl cuz I think I can monetize that 😂
When did u get 100%air flow restored after the surgery?
It’s so they can get people can take those useless classes
This is what I was looking for!
I totally agree with you 100%.. like we have to go through grade school and high school with those Gen ED classes.. college should be you taking classes that you should want to take based on what your majoring in .
Thanks for sharing your experience. I have a question for you. My surgery was two weeks ago. I could breathe through both nostrils when the splints were removed. However, that only lasted for a day. Now I'm worried because I can only breathe through the side that had NO blockage even before surgery. And the side with the former blockage is still very congested (I can't breathe through it). Would you say that's normal? Did you start to breathe fully through both nostrils only after you've fully healed (so like 3-4 months post-op)? 😊
Hi has that cleared for you now currently going through the same thing during recovery 😊
I' now 24 hours after Septoplasty Surgery. Wenatchee Ear Nose and Throat. MARC ROHRBACH MD (FANTASIC Job)) No bruising darkness at all on face. Breathing well and it will get better after the plastic is removed. Marc is a great Surgeon. I can't say enough
Yr evil
How is she evil?
Hey Katie how are you doing I was wondering since I used to be a producer in Radio a long time ago but wanted to be a producer for TV but I don't know how to go about making the switch! Thanks for the help
Facts: college had always been expensive and stressful. College debt has always had to be repaid. Your income analysis is not true. College students going into their first jobs are making well over $100k. Which is way more than I make as a 40 year professional because employers believe that I’m old and have no current skills. My first professional job was as under $20 and I lived on a credit card for many years of my life to buy groceries. Most people don’t get the jobs they want. We all have to work at jobs and do things we hate. Millennials are just overly dramatic babies they need to get off social media. Best advice: stop whining about your lives. Get off social media. We all have to work for a living. Go do something.
Woodlen creature! Haha #AerospaceFall22grad

Did you also get a turbinate reduction? Thanks
