So glad to see that my representatives voted down the effort by the scam "Citizens Audit" to pressure the NYS legislature to audit the NYS Elections Board. The group has been repeatedly debunked by investigative reporters, including by Politicfact and other groups that check the accuracy of claims like the one they make that our election records are out of compliance with state and federal law (which earned them 5 Pinocchios - 100% false.) This group was hit with a cease and desist order in 2022 for harassing voters at their homes for alleged voting irregularity. The so-called "questionable" data (notice that the speaker who did not introduce herself did not reassert the false claim that NYS is out of compliance with state and federal law). It's ironic that the speaker couldn't even accurately report the number of supporters of her resolution from elsewhere in the state - first claiming 71 counties; then backtracking and saying the number included towns also, and then said the numbers didn't matter. Hmmm. About as accurate as the rest of their facts. It's a shame that the Citizens Audit was given 45 minutes to speak at a previous meeting, and more wasted time at this one, but THANKS to the intelligent majority of this committee who voted no.

Wonderful presentation ,filled with enough evidence to solidify my confidence that fraud in our elections are taking place. You add the investigation of Dr Robert Epstein on Googles interference and you will also agree our constitutional republic is being destroyed from within

I hope we can see more accuracy in our elections before 2024 elections.

Thank goodness for New York Citizen's Audit team uncovering the truth that our elections are severely compromised. An audit of the entire system is the very least that should be done. All officials who say no are suspect. Audits are mandatory precisely because of human error or malfeasance or both.

It only makes sense that people would want to have the registrations audited to be sure the system is clean. The state BOE’s personal attacks in the messenger and dismissal of their own troubled data is obvious gas lighting!!

Excellent presentation to Greene County Legislature, hopefully the resolution moves on for a vote!

It was GREENE County data from the New York State data base, not WAYNE County as is read in the transcript here.

Thank God Audit NY is holding the state accountable.
