熱浸鍍鋅廠房動線規劃 / Process flow design of hot dip galvanizing plant
由於每家熱鍍鋅廠的場地、產品不同會有不同的需求與設計，依據我們的經驗，大致上區分三種流程規劃
1. 直線型：環軌（鍍鋅天車在環狀軌道上持續鍍鋅）
2. 對軌：透過對接天車軌道，使吊車可以在不同廠房之間移動
3. 轉軌：吊車本身帶有轉動裝置，可以在不同廠房之間隨意移動

as magnesium chip was dangers for storage, it will nature firing. chip will also oxidant quickly then it will not value to recycle. RUF press can supply high pressure to make magnesium chip to bricks, it can reduce danger and increase recycle value.

@@okadasmall hanging up and taking down needs a lot of work. Open zone acid tanks but hey who cares about air we breath ;)
@@deadnightgenesis you are right. It need lots of works for hang up and take down, but this is only for small accessories parts. BTY we design pretreatment room for pickling, worker stand outside the room and operate through window by crane. The fume will be handout by scrubber.

depend. but in this case 16% in beginning.
