Yes it was an aeffidde
Attracting ladybugs are good for controlling aphids
Like tomatoes!❤
I chased ants off mine jalapeño pepper plant today I thought was almost dead but just grew a couple more flowers ..none of my pepper plants ever made it..except I got 1 pepper out of the hundreds I planted because of ants..so if spraying them off won't kill the plant I'll try that
Yeah, hit them qith water is fine, make sure you get under the leaves as well.
How much your garden temperature ?
80s through 90s during the summer.
Paprika orang bule ada kutunya juga
Pencil thickness are required put them in sand to keep well drained...keep a bag over the container and keep in shade to root. Oh water the stems remover the flowers and water before cover in a clear bag
Do they come up every year or once
If you live in the right place, they just keep growing. They're a bush. In my zone, the winter kills them off.
Ever figure out the problem 5 months later?
@smoshcom100 Unfortunately, life got crazy and my whole garden went to hell. They're still alive. If they survive the winter, I'm gonna retest the soil early spring. Im going to try to put together an update video now that things are slowing down. It's probably a week or two from now. It's a mess, lmfao.
I had no idea that my ph tested needs to sit in soil for 15 minutes. Thanks for tip. I've been going to fast. Is there a FAST acting brand?
Not that I'm aware of, but I didn't look into it. I'm fairly patient.
❤ Nice😊
Wonderful! Pls type of soil and fertilizer used and how often to apply it?
I have a video on the soil mix I use, its mix of stuff I use when I put stuff in the ground.
My peppers are huge and so good I had tons and from Saratoga NY still have flowers n peppers growing
Nonsence
What is?
Do you mind sharing what size pot you used and the amount of acidifier you put in? Thanks!
I'll check tomorrow, they're fairly small.
Yk it is a sage and it isn’t toxic? Please to more research on salvia yangii
From what I read about this plant, Russian Sage, it's not a true sage and it can be toxic if consumed, but I will look deeper.
@@VexedGardenAndGrill some people could be allergic but it’s rare to be allergic to it, I’m not allergic to it, so i make smudge sticks out of them
Thank For Shareing
Welcome :)
Thank you brother 🙏
Top your peppers.
If my growing season was longer. But from I can tell the juice wouldnt be worth squeeze for me.
Cabenya subur
This is 3months on this experiment. Any update yet? Thank you!
I did some shorts, but life did what it does. Havent had time for the garden since the last video. Its overgrown and a lot of the plants are looking diseased. Its pretty depressing.
I only cut the first flower.
Scotchie babies
Scotches are so good. Grew some last year.
Take a cat little bucket fill it with dirt. Add. Dead leafs some rotten eggs. 3 cups vinegar. Fill with water. Close it up stick it in the hot sun. For a week or longer. Let it cook in the heat. And let it ferment. After a week. Open it up to dry out. When fully dry. Boom 9.9. Ph soil based fertilizer use one cup for every 4 feet of space between plants
Just add. Vinegar to the soil an sulfer from. Rotten eggs.
I don’t cut the flowers, but I get why. Every second counts in my zone
Good experiment. You should also test the pH of your water before starting the tests. The soil you use will have a lot to do with how fast it can break down the sulfur by how much active life/bacteria there is in the soil, which is what actually breaks down the sulfur into sulfuric acid which is what lowers the pH. Best to have some organics in the soil to aide that. Also, the pH of your rain could heavily influence the results if it differs from the pH of your regular water. Best to stick to the water from a single source for testing.
That was an oversight. I was using the same water source and ended up getting rain. I may redo this next year in a more controlled way. Things have gotten quite chaotic, and the yard is getting away from me at the moment.
You can use milk in a 4to1 mix 1part milk and 4 parts water.
Can 🫑 peppers be grown inside? The label said 6 hours sunlight.. so I take it outside a little bit a day (not 6 hrs tho). I've been looking for just the right pot. I know I need to transplant my little pepper plant❤
With the proper lighting, yes.
🫑❤Hey thank you! I found you while looking for info about how to treat my new Bonnie Plants 🫑 Red Bell Sweet Pepper. I got it on sale at a nursery that obviously had given up on several herbs and veggies 😅❤but I'd been looking for an herb or something. So, not knowing ANYTHING about peppers I rescued my plants. It was very dry and unfortunate looking. But I've had it a couple weeks I think 🤔 ? Maybe less. And it's still in the lil pot it came in and is getting taller FAST! ❤❤❤😊😊😊🫑 🫑 It had immediately been healthy looking after I watered it. I found it outside the store 😢and bone dry! I need more info about pepper plants. I didn't know you're supposed to trim off the drooping things on the top. That's fruit? There's over 16 of them!! Too many huh 😅. I look forward to following you and learning more! And watching your pepper 🌶️ experiment!😊😊😊
We eat the the young pepper leaves in soup. Try it !
Good for the blood it’s detoxifying it
Thank you
Aaaphids 😂 is a sign of to much nitrogen in the soil
How do you get rid of your Ahh-fids?
I let nature handle it. Wasps, lady bugs and other insects take care of em'.
That's a spider mite I think
Would love to see a follow up with you treating the ground.
I already tried it once and saw no change. I even recorded, but the audio quality was horrible. I may try it again next season, start around the end of march, and measure at the end of june.
Ahhhhhfid
Aphids are a sign of too much fertilizer.
Fantastic..I would be making chutney sweet/hot and lots of lots of wonderful things with these..I hope you put them to good use🍃💚😊
Im gonna try. My intention is to attempt powder or flakes for the first time. Maybe chili oil.
@@VexedGardenAndGrill chili oil for sure..be careful.. don't touch your eyes or your private parts🤯🔥🔥🔥🤣👍🏽✌🏽
Wow! Pls what fertilizer and soil did you use?
I just lightly prune. Mostly bottom leaves and branches, then any branch that is moointing in a weird direction. I always gat massive yields. Those plants look good
Yeah, that's how I normally go about it. Im surprised they're looking this healthy. At the beginning of June, they looked like they could have died.
I wish a pruned serrano pepper plant would come over and punch me right in the gigachad!
Bro this video is the best out there for this product . Thank you for sharing 🤲👍✊
Thank you! And you're welcome! Hopefully it's accurate and all, I tried my best to keep it on point!
Ahhh-fids. Lol
The AHHHHHHHHHHH-FIDZ! THE AHHHHHHHHPIDZ ARE COMING! AHHHHH!
I would love for you to do a inground video. I am having a problem getting an accurate reading on my inground garden using a digital ph probe and don't have the proper directions. I think my ground is to acidic because I have been adding a lot of maple leaves every Fall. My garlic grew very poorly this year after having many years of good growth.
I don't mean acidic. I mean alkaline.
I would suggest PH testing. You can buy a meter, strips, or have it done. I wouldn't adjust without knowing where the PH is. I did try testing in the ground, but quite a few variables made it somewhat difficult, and I scrapped the video due to not having the time currently.
Too bad your scientific method is lacking. Biggest issue is you can’t read your meter, while led you to erroneous conclusions. The full dose reading after treatment was 5.7 (?) NOT 6. So the results were not the same as you said. I won’t get into the rest of the failures. Good idea though just very poorly executed. .
Where are you spotting this, some areas I subsituted b-roll I filmed to keep the visual aspect moving for short attention spans, I assure you I can read a meter. And please, get into the rest of this. If im wrong, I'd like to know.
@@VexedGardenAndGrill At 5.50 your full dose was reading 5.75, you said 6.75 in the video. Also in your conclusion you rounded it up to 6.0 to say it had the same effect as a half dose, when the half dose only brought your soil down to 6.0
@nickbloor9088 Thank you, I'll check it out and pin a comment or pull the video. I appreciate it being pointed out.
you really did murder those roots lol. A hose or bucket of water and you save way more roots.
Yeah... not my proudest moment. I did use a hose, tho! I just wasn't sure how to untangle the mess, so.... snip!
I have a question does the fish emulsion expire? I have the exact same kind left from last year can I use it this year? Thanks
I have no idea. Mine is from last year as well. I just shrugged and said screw it. No problems yet. I figure dirt doesn't expire, and things rot into the ground that plants grow in, so dunno. I will, however, get a new bottle for next year, I dont want to get myself sick handling rotted fish gut.
I used my from year ago... my plants still grew beautifully
You got that delco hoagie accent
Lmao, close enough!
Wait are pepper plants supposed to have those black spots?
Yeah, Its normal.
Wait are pepper plants like that supposed to be black like that? My plant has and I'm kind of worried about it.
