I come from a HUGE African family ,My mother,My twin sister ,my other siblings are all in Botswana.I am used to having lots of people around me...I Can not claim a place where am constantly reminded am not a part of and will never be.Isolation and loneliness are all part of life; I just have the courage to say it out loud.

The Irish people aren't forcing you to stay. You are choosing to be there while loudly proclaiming you don't claim Ireland and aren't part of it. Then you complain that you feel you don't belong because of reminders you're not part of Ireland? It seems to me that it's a you problem, not an Irish problem. You choose to identify yourself as a foreigner. You have chosen to be a foreigner for 16 years. You haven't chosen to be Irish, yet you choose to stay uninvited in their home. Your right its my problem..🙄🙄..Ireland is been wonderful to me don’t get me wrong.. only the atmosphere started to change lately towards people that are not native..I work here, paying my tax..family here.. If you could please watch some my videos,.. I'm very sorry that your experience in Ireland has become negative, I sincerely feel bad for you. I've never been a foreigner, but I would imagine that it's very difficult in the current world situation. As a lifelong citizen of a country that is experiencing huge waves of unsustainable immigration maybe I can give you a perspective that might help you understand that the negative responses you're experiencing in Ireland aren't personal...even though I completely realize they would feel very personal. From what I read in the news Ireland is experiencing the same waves of immigration as we are here in Canada. Canada, like Ireland, has always been very welcoming and accommodating to immigrants. Unfortunately, what's happening now is that the majority of the huge numbers of people coming in are not coming here because they want to be Canadian and embrace Canadian culture and values. They're coming because of our social programs which look after them, weak laws which turn a blind eye to crime, and ease with which they can enter the country and stay, either legally or illegally. Having such a huge number of people here who have no respect for our culture and values and only want to take advantage of the system has changed our society here beyond recognition. We're having the culture of countries whose values strongly conflict with ours forced on us while the newcomers deem our culture and values as inferior and offensive and demand they be erased. Our country and culture was built on Christian values, but now it's even against the law to sing Christmas carols in our schools. All Christian symbols have been removed from public places, but we have newcomers with prayer mats practicing their religions in the aisles of our grocery stores. We're having hatred spewed at us in our own streets by people who have invited themselves into our country. We're treated as inferior and irrelevant in our own country by newcomers who believe they're entitled to do so because they are given free reign by our corrupt government. Our young people can't get jobs to start their own futures with because entry level jobs are all given to newcomers whom our corrupt government subsidizes the wages of. Our once wonderful healthcare system has collapsed under the weight of unsustainable numbers of newcomers accessing and taking advantage of it. We are taxed into poverty to pay for social programs that support ungrateful and entitled newcomers in better lifestyles than our own elderly and veterans qualify for. People feel helpless, hopeless and very angry. We're having our culture and values be erased by newcomers who never had any intention of respecting and embracing Canadian culture and values. Instead they insist on turning our country and our once safe and united society into replicas of the dysfunctional, hate filled countries they chose to leave. Our governments aren't listening to us. They don't care that we're being stripped of the common values, beliefs and values that bond society and make us strong and united. They don't care that the largely ungrateful and entitled newcomers treat Canada as a blank slate where they can demand their cultures and values take precedent. We're watching our home we took great pride and comfort in be taken from us and damaged beyond recognition and repair. It's very evident that deeply conflicting cultures and values can't co-exist in harmony. But when we speak out against what's being done to us we're given vile labels, silenced and punished. It's heartbreaking and fills us with unfathomable hopelessness and frustration to see everything we worked our entire lives to build and sustain and the freedoms our ancestors died for being stripped away and erased by uninvited, hostile, entitled, ungrateful guests in our country. Everyone I know no longer refers to what's happening as immigration, we call it an invasion. I'm very sorry you and other foreigners like yourself who are trying to belong and help build our countries are caught in the cross fire. I hope my perspective gave you some insight into what it's like from the perspective of a citizen of a country that's enduring waves of invasion.

Am assuming you are not native to Canada 🇨🇦 immigration is part of human nature..your great great great grandparents migrated to all over the world!!! For a better life..It’s ok when it’s your kind but not for others..maybe you should be advocating for your country to leave poor countries alone and stop the invasion, wars that’s being fuelled by developed countries!! (Canada included ,turning a blind eye)More people are still going to come!!like it or not…just saying..can we just get along please 🙏
