We stayed here and the old Ritz Carlton (now the Ayana) last September, 1 week each. They were both very plush and relaxing of course, and I would recommend both to any of my friends. My own opinion was I preferred the Ayana, mostly because it’s more old school and Indo themed. Ritz-Carlton made me think it was built especially for Chinese/Korean/Japanese honeymooners. The crowd to get down to the Rock Bar at Ayana for sunset and early evening on the other hand was not a highlight!

Been there in May 2017. So far the best hotel I’ve ever been to. Jungle views are stunning and breakfast are out of this world. And don’t forget the monkeys, they are vital part of hotel natural entertainment system!
