I married a Filipina here in Australia and am now hooked on Filipino cuisine - it is utterly fantastic, and has very simple ingredients - the key is to always use Filipino soy, vinegar and other ingredients - available in most Filipino or Asian grocery shops. Adobo, Pancit Bihon, Caldereta, Sisig, Tapsalog, Crispy Pata, Sinigang, Arroz-Caldo, Tinola, Menudo, Lumpia,.......the list goes on and they are amazing....
