A green horse is an untrained horse. They are not physically green. An untrained horse means that it could be bucking, bolting or rearing.

I don't quite remember the name of the jump your character struggled on, but it wasn't an oxer, i hate when I correct people, but i'm only doing so because I got confused until I realized what you meant by oxer
It is an oxer:) you call that one a triple oxer
Just so yk green doesn’t necessarily have to mean totally “wild” like this (it can be ofc), like I have a green horse who is just not trained, and I have another green horse who always rears and needs a whole bunch of work before getting on. Wish they could be trained this fast though
