Here’s a quick and delicious pulao recipe **Vegetable Pulao Recipe**
**Ingredients:**
- 1 cup basmati rice
- 2 tbsp oil or ghee
- 1 bay leaf
- 1-inch cinnamon stick
- 2-3 cloves
- 1 cardamom
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 medium onion (sliced)
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, beans)
- 2 cups water
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander (for garnish)
**Instructions:**
1. Wash and soak basmati rice for 20 minutes. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat oil or ghee in a pan. Add bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, and cumin seeds. Sauté until aromatic.
3. Add sliced onion and sauté until golden.
4. Mix in ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
