Just like the name says, I’m a stay home dad. This channel has changed the name several times, due mainly to the fact it used to be a diet channel, which I will still post my weekly progress, just sticking to my new Eating routine, which only consists of eating 10oz meals 4x a day, 7 days a week, for the whole year. I’m going to try and not splurge this year other than the occasional couple spoons or a glass of milk, but try and just stick to it. I’ve been doing this routine, or different methods of this routine since my family got Covid last year, found it rather delightful . I stay content through the day eating those meals at 8,12,4,8 where this issue persists is I stay up till midnight, and that is the next 4 hour block so I’m usually really hungry then but through the day I’m fine, not really hungry.
In figuring out this loses weight, the diet channel idea really isn’t going to be very eventful, however, I noticed there isn’t a Stay home dad channel, which I am, and this is it!
