This was my favorite concert I ever saw. I was at the show March 7, 1987 in Cleveland, Ohio. Both bands made for a very memorable evening.

I literally just looked at the Happy Head LP sitting in my collection. Good bands. Great memories in a somewhat challenging time for me (TMI, I know). Thanks for posting. I was at the RPM show and I saw The Mighty Lemon Drops at the Masonic Temple in '88. I was lucky to have a GF who always bought the tickets to shows in that era. I think I bought the beer.

Great Band! Saw them once live at the Moles Club in Bath in...September 1989 I think. I think it was a warm-up gig for a upcoming tour (US?). My friend and me were put on the guest list because our friend from the band "The Driscolls" had some local connection to the Club. Very intimate gig as the Moles is very small and dense. Wonderful experience...

I was at their last ever gig! I had all their 7" singles that I used to write to Sarah's records to buy. Lovely handwritten letters back too. Unfortunately I lent them to a friend and they got lost in the mists of time. Worth a bloody fortune now!

Wow! I grew up not far from the Metro and this was just before I started going to shows without my parents, in 8th/9th grade. I must have just missed this one. Damn. So many great memories of both Metro and Smart Bar, 1988-2010. Thank you. Chicago was such a wonderful city in which to come of age.
