that press will run much, much faster with a good operater. water beads rolling around on ink rollers means wrong ink/water balance. no jogging on delivery is bad practice.

REAL WORLD... 95% of the print shops out there are using Rubber bands, Duct Tape, Paper Clips, etc on machines. Its just how it is. If you are working in a print shop that doesnt, then more power to you. That Miehle is probably 60+ years old and every spring, lever, knob, bearing is worn.

why do so many indian press ops run so slow ? many of their jobs could be done in half the time. my boss in usa wouldnt want me running slower than possible.
u slackers !! the press will run alot faster than that, why not ?
sir, that press has a delivery gripper that is damaging paper and needs repair. making it harder to feed sheets on a later run.
I count 11 sheets that are nicked, and it looks pretty random. That said there is no pattern. Pull the sheets out before you do the 2nd pass. Most likely its stock related... not mechanical
