Here is a short clip of a scholar discussing the contradictions found in the two accounts from Genesis 1 and Genesis 2. Could you do a future episode with your rebuttal of his comments from an academic point of view. Could you cite sources and evidence as McClellan does? He shows the apologetic attempt to harmonize Genesis to be hermeneutical gymnastics. McClellan also shows that this interpretation of the pluperfect is inconsistent with any of the evidence that we have.
