SUNDAY COFFEE SWEET unbaked and with dairy free cream
You don't always have time to make a dessert, and especially in the summer, you don't want to turn on the oven.
Here's the solution, a cold no-bake dessert that you can make in minutes. It's great to eat right away, but even better to refrigerate for a few hours.
Servings for ⅞ persons:
250 g / 8,81 oz mascarpone cheese
500 g / 17,73 oz dairy-free cream
2 tbsp freeze-dried coffee
or 2 strong espressos
500 ml / 2 cups cold bitter coffee
3 tbsp sugar
Vanilla and Rum
250 g / 8,81 oz lady fingers
2 tbsp milk
How to make it:
In a large bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, 3 tablespoons sugar, vanilla extract, 2 tablespoons rum and stir with a spoon for 1 minute.

    Today I tried to bake this bread, I am eating it right now with butter, salami and grana padano flakes (I had tu use what i had at home). My loaves didn't rise very high, instead i got 2 ciabattas which are still very delicious! I think I had some issues with my yeast...btw, shouldnt half a cube be equivalent to 7 grams dry yeast? In your recipe you say 4 grams only...?

      hi, one gram of dry brewer's yeast corresponds to 3.3 grams of fresh brewer's yeast, if the dough remained a little lower it is most likely due to the slightly weak flour and therefore slightly less water was needed. HI
