This reply is sooooo late, I'm sorry. Nope, it's not a cream at all. It's see-trough with a yellow tint. It's like a gel and a wax mixed together. Too much and it will look oily. I like it though for starter locs. As they matured, my hair didn't care for it. I liked Tight Hold by Talia Wajiid as they started to thicken up.

Thanks so much!! Yes, went to my OB the other day and she gave me Yaz... We'll see what happens. My acne is slowly clearing up but I'm so nervous. Also I'm on a 3 month trial with it. I go back in November for a follow up so we can see if it's caused weight gain, cleared the acne, and how the mood swings are.. I will be sure to keep you posted. Thanks for the support <3.

There's a video about it. Nothing happened to them :). I loc loc them for 4-6 months every single year and comb them out. They are a nice protective style for me.

Sorry for the late reply. I have EXTREMELY sensitive skin these days. I have a second jar I've used once, and thew away The oil or moisturizing agent in it is nice, but it can be a bit much once its on your hands, and Lord forbid I have my hair on my face. think the oil in it would keep it from lasting very long.

Sooooo sorry to hear this. I first got on bc to treat endometriosis. I had very heavy cycles and excruciating cramps. I was fine for a while and once every few years I'd miss a cycle. I saw on another comment you mentioned getting off of bc. I would say weigh your options. Part of the reason I haven't posted a video or been on here at all is my face was severely inflamed on and off for the past eight months since I stopped. I'd have a good week then the next two weeks I looked like a science experiment. I've literally tried everything. I gave up yesterday morning and picked up what was left from the pharmacy . I'm scared, terrified of what will come of this. The severe moodswings and hysterical crying were what made me get off in the first place. So an daily Lifetime movie or skin with dime-sized cysts all over it mixed with little bumps? I'll take my chances. Please think it over before getting off. I would've just stayed on if I knew then what I know now. Best of luck!

Okay, so this is going to be a very long comment. I realize you wrote this 3 weeks ago, and I apologize for not replying sooner. First things first, your acne is caused by hormones (puberty in your case), no particular product will change that at this time. While some may lessen it, and even get rid of it temporarily, until your hormones even themselves out from the inside nothing on the shelf will be a quick fix or magic product. Second, I am twenty--five, nearing twenty six and I have news for you pretty girl.... life comes at you fast. Learn to love your acne. Love your skin. Love your voice. Love your growth. Take a photo of yourself without a filter every few days and remember you are beautiful. Regardless of what people at school say or family, whatever. You are amazing, and you will BE amazing. Chin up and get ready. Third, I thought I was absolutely ugly until 21 years old. Your thing may be acne but mine was the gap between my teeth. All my life family talked about it, I was called a rat in school, etc. I believed them. I finally spent $5,000 (credit) on braces. Felt beautiful for the first time in my life. Got them off and around 7 months lost my retainer at Disney world. Then one of my teeth chipped. I thought I would die. My gap(s) came back. Eventually I had to realize that I am exactly who I am. EFF whomever does not like it. Men that don't like me, fine. Someone else will. Friends that aren't nice to me? Those aren't my friends. No one else will believe in you if you can't first believe in yourself. Acne and all, you are so very blessed and trust me when I say things could be so much worse. Take stock of all the positive things about yourself and start anew tomorrow. Hold your head up and never let anyone make you feel less than again.

Yes, same here. I was beyond pleased. I might be mildly allergic to it though. Will try again soon to see for sure. My entire hairline broke out in front and my nape. My skin is becoming extremely sensitive. Ugh.

Anything cheap *shrugs*. I like V05 or Suave. I learned this a few years ago with a set of locs at my grandmas house. It’s what she had and worked fine. I use a wig cap to keep them from unraveling too much while I wash. Your hair is sooooo pretty!

Not bad! I still have it, I just stopped wearing it. I think I wore it once last week. They now have sites like “just retainers” who send you the mold and everything and you send it back. Sorry I’m so late wth replying. I haven’t gotten on here in a very long time.
