    I reckon you should be moving in anticipation of the "up" line, that way having to pause briefly at the top before allowing yourself down.

    Never attempted the pull up one but with press up i switched from wide to narrow took alot of mental strength to complete was really struggling come the end. Keep it up you'll get it 💪🏻

      I saw some tutorials where they told not to do push ups like this If u want to widen ur chest .. and also doing push ups like this will cause a shoulder pain .. so I suggest u should watch a proper guide of doing push ups.. all the best❤️

      ​@@anindosundar6211Thank you for your feedback! For this "Bring Sally Up" challenge, I chose to do tricep push-ups with my arms close to my body. I understand this variation targets the triceps more than the chest and can be slightly easier for some. My primary goal was to complete the challenge, not to focus on muscle gain in any specific area. I appreciate your concern about potential injuries; I'm mindful of my form and make sure to warm up properly to minimize any risk. I'll keep your advice in mind for future workouts.       I would suggest you to take 2 or 3 days a week off. muscles need some time to recover after an intense workout and it takes 1 or even up to 3 days. I go to the gym 4 times a week: Monday (upper body), Tuesday (lower body), Wednesday (rest day), Thursday (upper body), Friday (lower body), Saturday and Sunday (rest). I hope you found this helpful.

      8 days in, still having trouble at that stage, it will take longer then I expected to master this challenge, but I won't give up. I am already adding extra push-ups on my daily routine to improve my form. thank you for your comment.

    Thank you so much. Your message definitely reached me. I did this 10 years ago and this is how I found meditation. But I love one specific aspect of your video here, that I never considered thus far, which is that it doesn't have to be this forced kind of meditation. Just letting go, just looking at the wall, without trying anything too much. This already will do so much. And it never came to my mind how easy it could be in the way you demonstrated it with this video. I will put it right to practice. Really, really helpful. Thank you so much! 🙂😊

    Although i really approve your point in just doing nothing to clear your brain and start "clean" thought processes i can really encourage everyone to think about getting a dog. I go walking with the dog minimum of 2 hrs a day and i never hear music or anything. i jsut go with my dog through the fields or the woods an i think about my life and my choices while being in the nature having a good time with my dog.

    I just recommend to never spend money and to never go to travel to tropical rainforest countries unless you are planning to stay there for good. That is because once you absorbed it and once you are back you just will never enjoy your temperate European forests to the same extent. Even Alps which are arguably some of most beautiful mountains with magnificent waterfalls fade in comparison after you went swimming in mountainous tropical waterfall pools. I used to like to spend time in nature a lot. But after spending 2 years in tropical Asian country with lots of forests and mountains and waterfalls it's just not the same anymore back home. Now I still do like the thrill of winters. But whenever I venture into the nature in summers it somehow feels just meh and I don't know how to fix it lol.

      I'm sorry to hear that you feel like you cannot appreciate nature back home since you saw beautiful nature in Asia. But I am glad that you were able to stay there for two years and got to experience the beauty of tropical Asian country. I agree that forests in Europe are different than in Asia but I really appreciate what we have at home. Maybe if I spent 2 years in Asia I would have similar opinion but I hadn't had the chance to explore rainforests in Asia yet. I hope that you will find nature at home beautiful again.

    'Ultimate Shoulder Workout' and the only part you worked on is the front-delt? 🤔 espacially the part which is mostly automatically involved on every pressing exercise- so there is no need to isolate them. More important are the side and the rear-delts. I think you could change the video name to something about just the front deltoid and make for the other shoulder parts own new videos 🤷‍♂️ just as an tip- because here you have shown just exercises for the front.. what is different to the topic..
