I get that you are in a low budget country but the quality of work especially the lead is horrible spending a few more seconds and ingenuity to make it a better product would not cost you that much and you would have a product that you would be happy to put out in my humble opinion

For me it's seems like a front wheel axel repair, but then what do I now.......

This is not allowed here in the Netherlands. The side of the tire is weak. When it blows, you may not fix it. And, damage to the sides means replacing the tire. Because even small damage you may not repair. Why? Well, what if this tire is on the front axle, the steering axle. What if you are fully loaded and it blows at the repaired spot? You will cause a lot of damage, possibly injured or even dead people, etc. Why take the risk for a simple piece of rubber? Why not replace it? That said: You guys are experts. I love watching this kind of stuff. And it seems to me it works just fine. But, i dont make the laws. If i did, i would choose this option, simply to have less waste material. Less waste. Using stuff that still can be used. Much better than replacing with new stuff, and the old stuff going to a landfill or burning oven or such. Nice job, seriously.
