I was in a popular “Outlet Mall” (USA) awhile ago waiting for my Wife and witnessed a Canadian family taking their purchased clothing out of packaging and placing in suit case(s) in back of their SUV (avoiding paying duty when returning to Canada) When I saw the man bundle all of the garbage and dumping under his vehicle. Pissed off as I was, I approached this couple (Infinity) and told them to pickup their garbage and place in receptacle not 50’ from them. He said it wasn’t his until I showed him my phone video and told him I am going to contact the bridge authority for duty-tax evasion. I told them to try littering in Canada and see what happens. The man went from speaking English to French which I caught on video. Just then a mall security vehicle approached to see what was going on. He called local police and people were charged with litteriing and another charge. That’s what Canada thinks of the US. I wouldn’t think of even doing that here or a foreign country
