The Chloe Leander is a shit apartment complex. avoid that ghetto at all costs
When you’re built in 967 FM In Buda, I believe he make it into $1 million per house . I believe you should buy a house in this the Neighbourhood is called hunting State on 1626 FM is in Buda Texas. The major race is called. Maybe drive. I guarantee if turn down houses and built a brand new house and ask for $1.1 million.
It is interesting to see how builders are pricing their homes in these desirable areas.

What about people saying most title insurance claims are denied? What’s the point then. Or is it just that most claims are about boundaries and easements which aren’t covered? Boundaries are not covered usually unless you do an ALTA survey like I did. And supposedly title underwriter bills the lawyer salespersons personal insurance for missing title issues.
I THOUGHT I SAW A HAND. THAT PLACE IS HAUNTED.

One of the few builders and community that offer an amazing modern home along with a pool/spa package with (4) different options to choose from included in their sales price. Pretty amazing because not many builders offer this in new construction.
Another great deal in Liberty Hill!
This builder is offering very competitive price points with their new homes compared to surrounding new construction communities. Stonewall Ranch is worth the visit.
Good to know about the deals from Taylor Morrison. A home for under $400K in the Austin metro sounds like a win!
Homes in the $300-$500K is the sweet spot for most homebuyers when it comes to what they can afford. I will be heading to Jarrell, TX very soon to find some more good deals. Stay tuned!
I'm getting quotes for homeowners insurance in the Houston area on a $375,000 home we would like to make an offer on and the lowest I can find is about $433.00 per month without bundling auto. When I look at the home on Zillow that we are considering making an offer on; Zillow states $131.00/month for home insurance but when I run an actual quote on Zillow home insurance, it comes to $817.00/month. Why the discrepancy?! Also, many insurance companies are telling me they HAVE to bundle the home insurance with auto insurance in Harris County and other areas. Farmers Ins rate on this particular home is $388/mo and we would have to bundle auto which would be $1288.00/month!!! We currently pay $548.00/mo in auto. We are already under contract to sell our home and now what are we going to do to be able to afford a new home?! This is absolutely crazy!! Our economy is a mess!!
That has got to be the ugliest brick facade ever. KB Homes sure does know how to make inferior products.
Not everybody is a fan of bricks (I get it), there are other elevations or (exteriors) of the home you can choose from if brick is not your taste.

$226 /sq ft... that's a rip off... I paid less for a 2040 sq ft home in Midland

@@omarpinedaaustinrealtor4501 Midland is very pricey too, however, you may have a point seeing that I purchased my home during covid; therefore I got a nice deal. I just can't fathom paying this much for the square footage and the quality of the home.

Those homes are way too close to each other. 4 bedrooms in 1700 sq ft....are the rooms 10x10?!
There are larger floorplans available, but the lot sizes are limited, so I see your point about being too close.
This home is way overpriced
This is a brand new neighborhood and the builder is still trying to gauge what price buyers are willing to pay. So there is plenty of room to negotiate here and that's where I excel.

The Community, local labor, and onsite Superintendent/Contsrutcion Manager creates the tempo of quality and measures control. This is hyper dependent on the local area. KB Homes is good here.

On no! Where are you commuting to from this community, and how much time?
Thank you for making this video. I feel the need to correct some information should others stumble upon this video. 1. You can find and purchase land outside of the TVLB listings and anywhere in Texas. You do not have to purchase the properties that TVLB owns. The land you wish to purchase has to meet certain requirements that are listed clearly on the TVLB website. Minimum 1 acre and not be zoned strictly commercial are a couple examples of said requirements. 2. The minimum down payment for a land loan is 5%, not 10%. 3. I'm not sure what is consider a lengthy processing time, but it has been very quick for me personally. From start of application to closing is roughly 30 days.

Leander Springs is not going to have the lagoon. They city said no to it because the developer did not meet deadlines and did not submit the documents outlining how the lagoon would be developed. The developer can proceed with commercial development, but the lagoon is not allowed any longer as of April 2024.
