Ephesians 4:5 Answering the Question of Faith
Walking circumspectly and being in relationship (spiritual union) with the Holy Spirit go hand in hand. Thanks Aaron for this encouraging truth talk.
Great explanation of the light exposing the darkness, and the light being the truth.
What does christ say about demon stalkers
You already know
Agree, i probablemente should not make easedroppers watch unholy images. I was teying politely to tell them that is bad manners.❤
Thank you. I have been waiting for this message for years. I have brothers and sisters who believe that they must confess their sins daily. Please do more on this topic. God bless you aaron budjen.
0:02 Thank you for today's wonderful teaching brother. You're so much appreciated and loved. I love the way you consistently "go back" and review the essential and yet simple truths of the Light of the Gospel. Proceeding on from there in the light of every supporting passage that follows. How fitting! "...The knowledge of the Holy One is understanding." Proverbs 9:10 Being made aware (alive) of our Father's living presence, His immediate companionship and moment by moment living expression towards us, Is Reality, Is Salvation, Is Eternal life. Our new life in Christ is He Himself with us and in us and our increasing sensibility of Him. Being in actual living relationship with Him as He really is; this Is the Will of God and our inheritance. Him!!! Go figure. Only a right understanding of The Gospel can fully awaken us to Him. It makes us aware of who He is, where He is, what He's done, what He's doing and even what He is thinking and feeling in ongoing moments of fellowship. He's the point !!! How wonderful, how fitting. As is sung in the great hymns of the Church " Then sings my soul, my Saviour God to Thee, how great Thou art, how great Thou art !" Beholding the majesty of His greatness; His Excellency, the Lord our God, brother gene 🙏
❤
Awesome teaching's! Understanding my relationship with God has improved so much more listening to Pastor Aaron. I am one who struggled in the area of receiving God's forgiveness.
You're forced to walk circumspectly when you are learning to understand the grace of God. The grace of God is unwelcome in many Christian circles. People will slander you and try to force you back under the law. Therefore, your only choice is to walk carefully or on eggshells when engaging with certain groups.
The message of the gospel that you share is the reason why I support you. So many Christians need to hear and receive this liberating truth.
These are great truths! Thank you very much, Aaron. Praise Jesus; He is good!
Titus 2v13 waiting for our blessed hope Jesus one day.
I absolutely love this teaching. Thank you once again Aaron
Mr. Budjen I've been looking through your archives to find the answer to if and how old covenant believers were saved? Did you do a program on that topic? @Aaron budjen
I'm confused because my understanding through Aaron's teachings is that no one was made spiritually alive until the new covanent came into affect and the Holy Sprit was made available to those who would believe the gospel. So how could old covant believers be saved If the gospel was not available to them?
@@mikevyr This is my understanding: The old covenant was like a sign-post, pointing forward in time to the fulfillment of the coming one who would save humanity from their sin. This promise was made all the way back in Genesis 3. When people trusted in the blood sacrifice under the old covenant instituted by God, they were trusting in Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is God! Matthew 28:18 Prior to the death and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ, people who were counted righteous with God went to the grave to a place called "paradise" Luke 23:43. This place was like a "holding tank" until the fulfillment of the prophecy of the Messiah. As part of the resurrection of Jesus, those in paradise were resurrected (and received the fullness of the revelation of Christ and sealed with the Holy Spirit like those who are physically alive in Christ today) and brought into the fullness of the kingdom of heaven. Hebrews 11:39-40
Interesting. I've never heard this before. I'm going to look into the verses you gave. I appreciate you giving me some areas I can start at to answer this important question. Many thanks!
Faith in God
I recommend spending time in Hebrews for your answer to start with. 🙂
I think the biggest issue facing the Christian world today is people not investigating what the word actually says, in the proper context, and instead, ceding authority for their beliefs to another individual, to tell them what to believe.
I am very grateful for the Living God Ministry and the insight and perspective that Aaron provides. Aaron has constantly, throughout his teaching, asked that those listening consider and study out for themselves whether or not what he is teaching is biblical. People should never take someone else's Bible teachings as truth without the help of the Holy Spirit and studying for themselves. With that said, I honestly don't believe that given a lifetime of study, I could have found the perspective and context that Aaron has been able to contribute. I'm grateful to him for his teachings!
@@mikevyr I agree brother, and I feel similarly. We should be like good Bereans like in Acts 17 who didn't just accept what they heard from the apostle Paul, but took what he said to scripture and examination with the Holy Spirit to see if what he said was true. Definitely pastor Aaron has been a great help to me as well to better understanding the faith, especially with the context of ancient Jewish history.
@@williamsmith9948indeed.
"Let Him be your source of personal acceptance". Right on Aaron! Accepting "God's acceptance" is the only thing acceptable to God regarding salvation. This is the Gospel we believe and declare. "...according to the good pleasure of His will, to the praise of the glory of His grace, by which He made us accepted in the Beloved." Ephesians 1:5-6 Furthermore, making it clear that He did it By HIMSELF !!! As it is written - "...when He had by Himself purged our sin..." Hebrews 1:3 Now beloved, that's Power! Yea, "...the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes..." Romans 1:16. Glory! Let it no longer be said again, "Jesus answered and said to them, 'You are mistaken, not knowing the scriptures nor the power of God. "Matthew 22"29 I believe the Gospel (scriptures) and the Power of God. Therefore I rest in God's acceptance. It appears perfectly acceptable to me.😅 he he he Resting in His love with exceeding joy and Thanksgiving, brother gene 💙

very good, Aaron!
Another excellent message. Many thanks, Aaron.
Living in the spirit in the midst of our sinfulness. Which is the identity of the inheritance given to all who have a relationship with Christ Jesus". What liberating truths. Thank you Pastor Aaron".❤❤
Brother, Aaron, I keep on thanking my God since 2017 that I started listening to your radio broadcast in Central Florida. Since, then, i have been hooked on to your teachings. I believe the body of Christ "the church" has been taught so wrong for so many years. Even though, you make a correction or explain a piece of scripture so clear. The next day they go back to the same bad teaching just like they never pay attention or understand what was explaining in the first place. May Our Living God enrich your understanding in His Word.
Thanks Aaron
Great Teaching. At this stage of my journey, your teaching on "What is acceptable" feels perfectly right to me.
The more I learn about grace, the more I encounter those who do not understand what it means to live by grace. For them, there is always some reliance on their works of overcoming sin and being obedient to commands, laws, sacraments, creeds, etc. And because of this, they are very condemning and accusatory of those who disagree. It can be a lonely walk, but worth it.
💯
I love these 4 nuggets that you mentioned in your teaching.
It is not what we need to do not to do according to the list but what he has done for us already that provides the inheritance for His saints".
Excellent message. Thank you,Aaron.
The one thing I find that remedies my condition is to think as much as possible about Christ’s mercy and forgiveness. Because how much of my thinking, otherwise, minute by minute, hour by hour, each and every day, is nothing more than frivolous thoughts centered on covetousness, pride, envy, lust, greed, or deception of some kind. And speaking of deception, how much do I deceive myself. Just seeing these words in writing is disturbing, but how true it is. When it comes down to it, I have no right to judge anyone, and how merciful is our God who offers salvation to someone as lowly as I am.
Amen. If God can save someone like me there is no one he can’t save.
Right on Aaron, your so right to continue emphasizing this fundamental distinction between the old covenant of law and the new covenant of grace; that is, The Gospel. As it is written - "...rightly dividing the Word of Truth." 2Timothy 2:15 And again "Therefore by the deeds of the Law no flesh will be justified in His sight...But now the righteousness of God apart from the Law is revealed..." Romans 3:20...21 Baby, that's The Gospel! Glory to you O Holy Father! 😘 How wonderful. Rock on brother! Resting in the Gospel of His gracious love, brother gene 🙏
I had someone say they ask God to forgive them because it makes them feel good. That was perplexing. I replied, "It makes you feel good not to believe God." I got the deer in the headlights response. I agree most Christians don't know the love of God. It's all about obedience and repentance to avoid His wrath or to be blessed by Him.
Well, ya know brother, that's the position we all start from - totally lost!😂 Then the Gospel was revealed by Jesus Christ. Galations 1:12 Earnestly pray for them and continue to teach with all long suffering. Ya know... just like Jesus did for us. 🙏
@@genepietro7692They were putting their religion above the truth of God because it felt good. Whether they were "totally lost" I don't know. What I do know is that feeling good was more important than believing God.
Your exactly right brother. That's the remaining selfishness that defines our sin (lostness) nature. The Gospel alone has saving (and cleansing) power. That's why it's so important to teach and preach the purity of God's Truth about Himself revealed in the Gospel. Only Father's Almighty love can overcome the corrupting power of our love of self. Helping other believers become mature and free is a privilege and quite the adventure. It's a family affair❤
What exactly is foolish talk and coarse jesting? Is it joking around? Humor? I sure hope not.
Right on Aaron, you are exactly right! I never cease to be in awe of Father's intimate engagement with me, and all of us who believe. This is a tremendous truth, that "God gets a person who He could not create." I earnestly believe that the ultimate purpose of our God was to actually bring forth uncreated life. This is a profound mystery that God has been slowly showing me over the course of my long pilgrimage which He could never have revealed to me apart from an intimate relationship with Himself. Even so, this would never have been possible had God not unfolded His purpose exactly the way He did, ie. the original living Creation, the Fall, His finished Work, my response, and finally, the New "creation" of uncreated life, in me. (Colossians 1:27) How wonderful! Enjoying His uncreated eternal life as my own,🙏 brother gene
Awesome teaching sir!! I love that he no longer leaves us when we mess up. He is there 24/7 living inside us. Thank you Father. You’re awesome Yahweh Elohim! King of the Universe! Definitely love your explanation on being an imitation of Him.
The idea that God is getting a person that He cannot create is a way of putting salvation that I've never heard before. Thanks for sharing that.
Yeah, that's a deep one ain't it brother. As it is written - "...for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God." 1Corinthians 2:10 brother gene ❤
Without forgivness being prestablished towards us from God, we don't have any good news to put our faith in and be the substance of said faith. I was told that we get forgiveness WHEN we believe. The issue is that we are saved by GRACE (unmeritted favor) THROUGH faith. Without a form of grace being extended to the sinner- they have no good news, hope, or assurance of right standing with God. I struggled in my faith for a long time because people taught me that Gods grace was a reward for my faithfulness, but in truth i couldnt deny that without any actual grace being extended towards me i had nothing to put my faith in. Sad, really...
We do not forgive others to be forgiven ( future tense) but forgive others because we have been forgiven ( Past tense)
What a great message from Pastor Aaron. The distinction between the two covenants is critical for rightly dividing the truth. Do we forgive others so God will forgive us according to the law ( Matthew 6:14 ) or do we forgive others as as God in Christ has already forgiven us through the finished work of the cross". ( Ephesians 4:32)❤❤
The nuance of Aaron's distinction "forgiving so that God forgives you," verses "Forgive with the Forgiveness God has already given you," is lost on many Christians. In my own life, I have had some really bitter and relentless enemies, who as Aaron might say, "think they are doing a form of public service" to persecute me and try to destroy my works. I have learned to ask God to forgive them, and not try to forgive them myself. Which always turns out to be a fruitless exercise of self-will. My Lord Jesus and Saint Stepehen models the way of forgiveness Aaron seems to be talking about. "Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do" says our Lord. Giving the perfect living model. And Saint Stephen as they stoned him, "Father, do not hold this sin against them." So, what I've done in my life is ask God to forgive them, and then to ask separately for any bitterness to be removed from my heart. It's been a miracle for me. If the Holy Spirit hadn't led me there, I might not have survived emotionally. Aaron is right, true forgiveness is a miracle of God's transformational power, not our own will.
This coincided perfectly with Aaron's Forgiveness series on the Living God Ministries website radio archive I have been listening to. It is marvelous!🙂
The part I struggle with is when the person who has violated you, says or thinks you should reconcile along with the forgiveness. Or I worry that if reconciliation does not happen, then I have not forgiven.
Do they want you to reconcile with them so they can continue to victimize you? You cannot reconcile with someone without there being a change in their behavior. Otherwise they haven't actually repented have they?
thank you for you teaching
Man o man, brother, your doctrinal point about Jesus teaching the Law when He spoke about forgiveness in Matthew 6:15 is absolutely critical and foundational to understanding the TRUE Gospel. I pray you never stop driving that Truth home, even dogmatically. Because only THE Gospel is "the Power of God to salvation for everyone who believes," Romans 1:16 What is at stake is the purity of the Gospel ! In the words of J.Vernon McGee "The Gospel happens to be One thing, and NOT something else!!! And it can NEVER be something else!" (sermon "Why the Gospel is Not Preached Today") The Law reguires God's perfect, holy forgiveness or eternal DEATH!!! Only through the New and Everlasting Covenant of the Gospel of the grace of God in Christ Jesus is there the provision of God's perfect, holy forgiveness. It does not begin with man, nor does it come from man. As it is written - "I want you to know, brothers and sisters, that the Gospel I preached is not of human origin." Galatians 1:11 NIV The New Covenant (relationship with our God) is Exclusively based on receiving Him, and from Him. Whatever else may follow is HIS business (ministry) not mine, and I simply trust Him to take care of His own business - perfectly. My business is being response - able to Him !!! I've found Him to be (as I've often heard you say, Aaron) - Enough! His grace is sufficient, brother gene ❤
Learning from Aaron the past 17 years, I have experienced that most Christians don’t agree with Aaron. They don’t want the truth. Instead, they say that Aaron is arrogant, unscriptural, etc etc. It is really depressing. But those who do surrender to the New Covenant are happy little walking miracles. 😊
Yet, they never offer up an alternative that isn't steeped in some form of law that they aren't keeping themselves.
I cant get anyone to listen to him either but he’s our favorite bible teacher
I hear ya!! ❤
@@gailwells9309 I know... I can't get anyone to either. Can't get anyone to even hear when Ive tried to tell so many that we are truly forgiven. No one wants to believe it... which is weird... in my opinion.
Hey there. I saw a message of yours on Aaron's wall about a year ago, I'm just getting into the beginning of his series in Ephesians. So, I came over here to see who's commenting now. Anyway, now I also hear you've been learning from Aaron for over 17 years. I hope you don't mind me trying to ask a question. Keep in mind, I did try to present this concern to Aaron, through email, but he only directed me to the series on forgiveness and the one part teaching " The Gospel." Well, those are awesome but also are where my concerns come from. So, please bear with me and I'll do my best. So, when I believe I got saved was 1988. I just came to see that I was doing a lot of evil in my life and that if I were to die I had no doubt where I was going so I became scared to death. Through maybe 3 different ways I was able to hear the gospel, how that I am a sinner and Jesus Christ was crucified for sins and I asked Him to save me. I believe that He did. My life went through a radical change. I even relocated to a church I was invited to in another state, which is where I grew some as a young baby Christian. So in general, the first 2 years were the best of my life. I was extremely excited, I couldn't stop trying to witness to my family about Jesus and being saved. They all thought I was crazy or in a cult! Lol. I really couldn't get enough of God at that time, couldn't get enough of learning about the truth...the Word of God. I used to go off by myself and pray and worship and cry and shout and be with God for a couple hours and it seemed like twenty minutes! Loved worshipping, on the worship team( percussion) in small groups, some other small ministries, even took Bible classes 1 year. I really was so thrilled that I can serve God with my life in whatever he calls me into....at least that was my mindset at the time. Well, I remember the moment when I was talking with a brother and I said" God is so good! There's purpose with God, everything makes sense! I could NEVER go back to that empty life I used to live just working and partying and getting stupid crazy for what? God is everything! Well, I'm as foolish as any person that has lived. I threw it all away and destroyed my life. It was a gradual process, but I began to give in to temptation and fall morally. I was extremely hard on myself when I sinned, it was devastating. I was open about my struggles and failures and tried getting help. I got worse and worse until the shame and guilt and condemnation led me further from church and other believers. I ended up having to move back to the north. I was already in bad shape with no human help, and only 24 years old. Looked around but no churches like the ones in the Bible belt. I went to a " non denominational Spirit filled" church. Anyway, next thing I'm living in the same house I grew up in as a rebellious teen, and started going down to the corner bar and drinking. During those 2-3 years I never craved alcohol because I was high on Jesus. But in the end the lust overtook me and I made the worst decisions possible. I put myself back in bondage again and ended up totally back in the world again for several years, about 8 years. I eventually came to my senses and ran to God again looking to be restored to closeness with God again. It's been 24 years since coming back to God. I've experienced a lot of ups and downs, had some great times like being married for 10 years and running a house ministry with my wife, helping me off the street and getting their lives back and hopefully finding a relationship with Jesus/God in the process. I've also been tormented in every way mentally, emotionally spiritually that you could imagine. There were many times I feared I lost my salvation because of the evel I went back to after knowing how good God is and being saved. There were times that I wondered if I was really ever even saved. And lots more. Listening to Aaron's teachings on forgiveness I can understand, but his explanation on receiving the Holy Spirit is vague in a sense that it leaves me in great fear that I do not and never had it and maybe I don't belong to Christ. I love Aaron's style of teaching and to be honest he's my favorite teacher to listen to and I'm in full agreement with all that I've heard explained by him. What a blessing to have found Aaron without a doubt! I told you a lot about my journey of extreme failure, rebellion, falling away, returning, and it being a struggle ever since. Maybe you can help me by havi g this conversation with me and helping me figure out my truth. I have no one to talk to, no fellowship, since my wife passed suddenly at only 50, that was 6 years ago and was devastating and destroyed my life I lost everything. I'm alone and need help. I'm confused about if I am God's child or not, which just like Aaron knows and the Bible says it boils down to " if we have the Spirit of God we are God's, if not than we aren't." I hope you can help me figure some things out. Thanks for listening and God bless. 🙏💙
Have to forgive. It’s the example the Messiah set for us. If He did it then we have to. It’s more healthy to forgive and let it go so we can move on. Awesome teaching sir. Still haven’t heard from you about getting the book. I emailed. Can’t wait to read it.
Yes, we have to, but we can’t. I mean, I can’t. But I’ve found that as He lives His life in and through me, He forgives those that I hold a grudge against; in other words, He changes my heart. It’s an amazing experience that I’ve witnessed like a branch looking at its own fruit; I see the fruit of love coming out of me, and I am like, “Wow! Look what He did!! That fruit is coming out of ME!!?” It’s mind blowing.
This idea of never wanting to forgive reminds me of the subject of reparations over slavery. It allows one group to justify why they are always owed and why no amount of payment will ever be enough. It makes the grievance industry proud.
And the reparations for slavery in Egypt (Exodus 3:22; Exodus 12:3) or the Holocaust w/ the Justice for Uncompensated Survivors Today (JUST) Act right?
@@pierreferguson1300 There are no slaves or slave owners alive today. The Jewish and Holocaust victims were alive to be compensated. Besides, it doesn't change the topic of forgiving debts as was the subject of my original post.

Hi...I'm trying to connect with you or someone on here who's been following Aaron a long time. I would really appreciate some dialogue about my assurance of whether or not God's Spirit lives in me, having confidence or at least finding the truth about myself concerning this topic. I've listened to Aaron's archives that are related to this, and even tried through email to contact him but unfortunately we couldn't have dialogue he just directed me to the very same teachings that really didn't answer my concerns. Thank you so much if you are willing to talk to me. Right here is fine,.or email or on your channel 96 to life. You can ask me questions, I can fill you in on myself in a little more depth and I'm hopeful we can go back and forth just a few times and you can at least tell me what you think. I don't have anyone to discuss spiritual things with. I'm isolated since my wife passed 6 years ago ( she was only 50) well I lost everything and as of now since I had to relocate to live with my aging dad, I am all alone as far as fellowship, Christian friends etc. anyway, I will hope to hear from you....I promise not to be too much of a bother. 🙏💙

Good job Aaron. Hope you're able to enjoy some rest so your little horse can begin feeling better. I'm so thankful for the sweet peace and freedom that I enjoy as I learn to abide in Father's Holy Spirit of forgiveness. As you have said before, our God made the decision to not require compensation for all the injustices inflicted upon Him (Especially mine😢). I'm so thankful He has encouraged me to follow His lead, and just let it all go and enjoy, in brokeness, the sweet fellowship of His gracious forgiveness. Freedom baby!!! Of course I still freely speak the truth to everyone regarding what I understand to be Father's righteous oppinion about everything. "...ay there's the rub..."( Shakespeare) It's definitely an adventure, growing in "grace and truth" (John 1:14) "beholding the glory of the Lord". 2Cor. 3:17-18 How wonderful and full of wonder. His name is Wonderful!!! (Isaiah 9:6) Resting in His forgiveness, brother gene 🙏
