Riding with SX Champ - TREY CANARD
I had the opportunity to ride with Trey Canard, at a private track in Edmond, Oklahoma. This was my first time back on a track since I had my rotator cuff repaired. I was only able to do a few laps at a time before my shoulder felt tired and weak. I was riding a very conservative pace, so it was way more entertaining to watch Trey ride. I think I have Trey talked into jumping some freestyle ramps with me! I'll post a video when that happens.

KX 450 Fork Seals - How To REPLACE

Changing the fork seals on my 21 KX 450. It's not that bad of a job to do. Just make sure you know all your torque specs and oil levels. Get a good suspension cleaner like the maxima oils brand that I am using. Also I recommend going with an OEM fork seal and not an after market one. They last twice as long. I like the lower triple clamp trick. I've always put my bike with the grip on the stsnd,, but it runs the risk of ripping the end of the grip out.....learn something new everyday!
Its actually surprising how many people don't know about the triple clamp trick! Now you can preserve your factory grips KB!
