Man, Terry is a beaut

I met Nana and Terry at a convention in Birmingham in 2018. They were both absolutely amazing and so friendly. Terry and I got into a conversation about how Christmas seems to come earlier every year and Nana gave me a big squishy hug that I’ll remember always. These two ladies played my favourite Star Trek characters and therefore, THEY are my heroes, not the characters they portrayed.

What I really don't like about these virtue signaling Hollywood types is this need to retroactively interpret things in a way that fits the fashion of today. Without the distraction of the makeup you realize how much Andrew's eyes just hold this balanced presence. His body, head and arms are all moving. But he kept those penetrating eyes staring at you. Almost like a predator. My eyes are showing my intentions to deal with you but I am going to distract you with my body and words until it is too late.

Garak was the best. He played that character perfect, it's amazing to see him bring Garak back, it's completely believable even without all the makeup or costume.

Fuck all y'all haters. I actually like the assault rifle, because for all its flaws, it fits in perfectly with the series' retro scifi aesthetic. Specifically, it looks like it was actually designed to work with the T-series armors. It's called an "assault rifle" despite looking like a light machine gun, because it was made to be used like an assault rifle by something bigger and stronger than a normal soldier. Doom did the same thing with their assault rifle and heavy cannon.
