I will not specify on tribes but toxic environments have different types of characters that make the environment toxic to work in. Know when it is time to leave. Did you see that woman who died in the office and was found after 4 days? Imagine..aty no one noticed she was gone. Aty they just reported a foul smell and thought it was a sewer issue.
