    Just bought a 24 RAV4 SE. It is the most terrible ride I have driven. Had 2 previous Toyota and other brand. None like this RAV4, it's so bumpy and loud when driving over rough roads and bumps. Will this Airlift helps it?

    • @eltumbleweed05
      @eltumbleweed05 Месяц назад

      Probably not. The SE is the "sport" edition and has different suspension components which are geared more towards performance than comfort. Different shocks might help with the ride, maybe some sound deadening material in the back for the loudness?

    No Chinese electronics needed. If you disconnect the electrical connector on the hood latch, auto start stop will no longer work. The hood latch switch is designed to disable when the hood is open for service. Unplugging the connector is the equivalent of turning off the switch when the hood is open. There's a "popup message" setting on your dash cluster that will turning off the "auto start stop unavailable" message on the dash once the wire is disconnected. Do those two things and you will never know the car ever had it. Takes like 5 minutes.

    • @eltumbleweed05

Surprisingly there's no hood open warning when driving. I kind of expected that. However, after removal there is a message that says that it's unavailable every time it would have engaged. You can either ignore that or you can turn that message off under the popup messages in the settings menu. I would recommend taping the ends of the connectors to make them water tight. Maybe zip tie the dangling end so it doesn't hang down by the fan. Works on my '21 RAV4 XLE Premium. It throws no codes on a code reader.
