I love going out and about with the drone so this channel is to share drone footage I capture, mainly focussing on the Isle of Anglesey and North Wales landmarks and places of interest and sometimes going further afield, I have a long list of places to fly so please subscribe to see where I end up

Point of Ayr Lighthouse, Talacre North Wales, DJI mini4 pro
The Point of Ayr Lighthouse, also known as the Talacre Lighthouse, is a Grade II listed building situated on the north coast of Wales, on the Point of Ayr, near the village of Talacre.
It was built in 1776 by a Trust of the Major, Recorder and Aldermen of Chester to warn ships entering between the Dee and the Mersey Estuary. It was replaced by a pile light and was decommissioned in 1844. It is now a privately owned property.

Malltraeth is a small village in the southwest of Anglesey, in the community of Bodorgan. It is now at the end of a large bay, which used to extend much further inland, almost creating a second sea strait in the area (the Menai Strait broke through following the end of the ice age). The population as of the 2011 census was only 255.

Porth Diana is a lovely small sandy cove, just south of Trearddur Bay on Anglesey's Holy Island. You can join the Anglesey Coastal Path from here or relax and enjoy the beach with views over the bay.

MS Arcadia is a cruise ship in the P&O Cruises fleet. The ship was built by Fincantieri at their shipyard in Marghera, Italy. At over 84,000 gross tonnage (GT), Arcadia is the second smallest of seven ships currently in service with P&O Cruises. The ship officially entered service with the company in April 2005 and was named by Dame Kelly Holmes.

PS Waverley is the last seagoing passenger-carrying paddle steamer in the world. Built in 1946, she sailed from Craigendoran on the Firth of Clyde to Arrochar on Loch Long until 1973. Bought by the Paddle Steamer Preservation Society (PSPS), she has been restored to her 1947 appearance and now operates passenger excursions around the British coast.

Porth Wen Brickworks first built by Charles E Tidy, is now a disused Victorian brickworks which produced fire bricks, made from quartzite (silica) used to line steel-making furnaces. The substantial remains include a number of buildings and the remains of some of the machinery, but has some damage from sea erosion. The site is a scheduled monument.

Great work. Is the clock working now? I flew my drone there about a month ago and the electrics of the clock apparently had been vandalised.
I don’t think so but I’m sure I’ve seen different times on it when I’ve passed so might just not have the right time

Thank you didn’t quite get the shots I wanted as I was getting some strong wind warnings and the angle I was at was difficult to work out how close I could get with the trees, I need to work out how to get right up to it but pretty happy with what I got considering lol
