Are you a complete beginner on the piano? Playing with or in front of others can seem like a big mountain to climb, but it doesn’t need to be!
Are you an experienced player but never accompanied a group? Learn how to be part of the band or play at Church!
Yes, it will require some practice, but there are ways to simplify and focus on core techniques (chords) that will get you playing songs and building confidence to play in front of others in a matter of weeks!
I learned keyboard on my own, mostly from RUclips tutorials. All the information is out there, but I could have learned faster if I knew what to look for and how to practice. I've accompanied a rock cover band and play at Church every Sunday.

Why on earth would you put a b flat in an F sharp major chord! It's an A #
@@colleeneakins3294it’s just how the Chordie App shows it when the key signature is set to D/Bm. I think it’s a bug because although the A#\Bb doesn’t fall within the key, they should be able to tell I’m playing F# major and proper intervals are FAC. You are absolutely right!
