Atlanta Housing Englewood Senior Groundbreaking
Welcome to our recap of the groundbreaking event for Englewood Senior, a senior living project in Atlanta! Hosted by Atlanta Housing and The Benoit Group, this event marks the beginning of construction on a transformative development for affordable senior housing in the Chosewood Park neighborhood.
Highlights from the Groundbreaking Event:
160 affordable housing units for seniors aged 62 and older, located near Zoo Atlanta, Grant Park, and the Atlanta BeltLine.
Supported by the City of Atlanta, Invest Atlanta, Georgia Department of Community Affairs, Berkadia Commercial Mortgage LLC, Atlanta BeltLine, HUD, and more.
Modern amenities including a centralized courtyard, fitness center, computer ...
