Sirene has sailed from Fremantle to Sydney to start the race. Bill Henson is a very quiet achiever…having sailed the boat to Australia from France .

LawConnect has little chance against Comanche, except when the race is dominated by low wind speeds like last year. Seems Comanche has been rebalasted which lifts her bow. Now Comanchwe flies over waves where LawConnect slices every wave reducing her top-speed.

Jungle music over sail racing?

Wild Thing with her old 80 footer rig was the star of that leg. CLosed to about about 100 yards behind the big indian at the mark. I read they have a proper rig and sails ready to go after the Hobart Race.
