    😂😂😂 my guy said it’s like running in high heels 😂…this is why suggest to anyone who’s really into they’re workout regiments. To invest into a really decent sneaker! You don’t have to always go super cheap, you can find running shoes of name brand for really decent prices if you just do your homework! I Order all of my wardrobe online, just so I want be walking around looking like everyone else. These are nice sneakers to flex in. But they’re not designed for athleticism. And that’s what you need fam, I suggest puma or Reeboks, as of they have the best running shoes for really fair prices!💯🙏🏽✌🏽

    Bad idea for seniors. Doing any exercise behind your head is unnatural and just inviting injuries

      Shoulder tighterness and limited range of motion are the cause for ultra stress load to neck and spine. More strech and movement can keep Shoulder move at full range of motion, it is safe for young and senior with normal range of motion.

      You're right. Most our daily tasks are limited range of motion. That is the reason some of our muscles not active. That lead movement compensation and injury. One of purpose for exercise is mantain the range of motion.
