      You have to pass the previous 2 treasure hunts and pay a ton of money to get her to unlock this level.

      In Spiral of Destinies some times you'll see a ... over the Haven, go in there and go up the stairs to the room in the upper left and talk to Beryl. She'll ask you to test a "Luxite Device" and give you the first mission. Then she charges you a bunch of money to do the next ones later. But you get some good rewards.
