@Badal Baidar In that case you need to send it back to Canadian soul to get it replaced. They will for sure replace it provided it's under the warranty. They did in my case. Meanwhile, I would suggest you to call Apple support and get a case ID created for you.

@Shondraia Guo : Is it under the warranty? if yes, then go to nearby Apple store and get it replaced. I got mine replaced too. If not under the warranty, I think it comes due to front camera cable not quite sure though. In that case, you might need to pay for the repair :(

So folks, I've received a replacement from Apple and I would be receiving my phone in couple of days. I had to send it back to Canada to get it done. Thanks Apple!
Jailbroken iPhone?
Unfortunately, I got this phone from Canada and the warranty is not valid in India. I'm India now. I had a word with Apple tech support and they said I need to send it back.
You're automatically under warranty with apple in the first 6 months of a release....you just have to go to an Apple Store and they will replace it same thing happened to me with two different phones with 2 weeks.
