Do what you like doing and you'll do fine. Maybe you read a good book and want to talk about it. Maybe you picked up a new hobby and have tips for people. Copyright mostly is an issue for certain reactions so it's understandable to lessen reactions to entire episodes of things but you can also react to shorter form indie content (like there are tons of smaller comedy channels and so on with great content). You could also play video games and stuff. This way, you don't have to edit too much either.

I've seen some people react to other RUclipsrs' videos. A lot of people react to Mr Ballen's videos, for example. There's also Lost In The Pond, which would work, other videos about the U.S., etc.

Don't go based on what you think will get views. Do what you want to do. The audience can pick up on when your heart is not into it. If you do what you enjoy, views will follow.

If you decide either movie reactions or a gaming channel you're gonna have to be open for all types of genre just to attract some views. For example, the older viewers might appreciate some retro gaming. If you decide movie reactions, you're gonna have to be ready to deal with some copyright bullsh*t RUclips is known for. I can tell you this, never react to any Studio Ghibli movies! One reactor did that & she lost her channel, she had to start from scratch! Not suer about others, but I watch your channel because I enjoy watching you. You seem relaxed and like you are just being yourself in your videos. I have missed not seeing your content. In my opinion, I think you should put whatever content you are proud of and having fun making on this channel. Whether it be gaming, reactions, product reviews, or a "hey, I just found/saw this cool thing I wanted to share" type stuff. I know I will watch it because I enjoy watching you. As for your other channel, I think a nice idea would be a weekly vlog about what is going on in your life, or what has been on your mind for that week. Can't wait to see more videos from you. Hi Maple , there are a lot of reaction channels on Family Guy and your channel is original because you have a very personal and non-copied way of reacting. Gaming can be an idea, lately I have noticed that videos about the difference in food and drink between North America and Europe are very popular. I'm old and I love video games, so if you make videos maybe even where you explain solutions or how to make levels and stuff it wouldn't hurt The most important thing is to do what you feel and what makes you happiest.

I didn't know about your other channels. Maybe focus on one? If you aren't a full time RUclipsr with tons of content I'm not sure it's a good strategy to spread your videos so thin. On the other hand, if you can't do reactions here just change the topic, or do several things in this channel, that's fine. I'd probably watch gaming content. It depends on the games really. I don't think age is that important, I'm 45 and also a gamer. Games have been around for a long time 😄 What else do you do / like? For example if you like reading you could do book reviews. That's like reactions but slower 😅

If you started a gaming channel, I would definitely watch that. Or a movie react channel. I understand being bored of watching one show all the time. And I hate watching tik tok too. So a variety channel sounds nice. There are shows that I would like reaction videos for but everyone reacts to the same stuff. Family Guy, South Park or whatever streaming show Is trending. I understand your problem and I will watch whatever you decide to do next. :)

Reaction channels suck for copyright Am 33 and I love gaming and gaming related content up to you if you make a new channel for it but id most likely watch it I watch a lot of RUclips, Desniny+, Netflix while playing games

Since you are busy with work, it would make sense to use the weekends, ideally with your boyfriend. And since your audience likes you, and you like him, I am sure they are not going to bite his head off. As in, "the friend of my friend"... You know. As to the direction, difficult to say. It should be something you are having fun with, because it is not enjoyable to watch somebody force themselves to do something. Maybe mysterious disappearances/natural disasters/unsolved true crime? You could discuss with your boyfriend as to what might have happened in each case.

Hi beautiful Maple! Make you channel like a random hodgepodge of whatever you enjoy that you are pretty sure will not get copyrighted. Getting a lot of views and staying monetized is obviously important to all content creators but doing what you enjoy and having fun making the videos should be your number one priority. Try going back to watching George Carlin, there is a ton of his content out there, maybe some movies, music, throw a vlog in once in awhile. Do what you love and enjoy and the views will definitely come with it. You’re the best, just breathe and have fun. I’m probably not the first to say this but you are missed and loved by so many.

It's awful to hear about your problems with copyrighted stuff. It's a real pain when things give you problems. But i love your videos, if you can't do cartoons anymore, then you should try movies or tv shows, songs, your vlogs of what you enjoy doing. Maybe make some videos of you singing or doing some acting of movies. Maybe reacting to funny animal videos. Or you can do some videos of your gaming. You don't have to make another channel, just do your videos on here and do your vlogs on your other channel. If you want you can change the name of this channel to. But whatever makes you comfortable and that's not to much hassle for you to make is okay with me, haha! For your boyfriend, if he doesn't want to do a video with you, he doesn't have to. And about your ideas, you can always pursue multiple topics and subjects. You can still perhaps react to music, to movies, (and if you succeed in convincing your boyfriend, we would really like to meet you two together), I think for example, it would be wonderful to convert some of your picnics, trips, or something like that into content as well. I kind of liked seeing your friends, and ofc I've always wanted to see stuff in Canada so maybe add some travel type stuff would be nice. As far as this channel, the only advice I can offer is to reach out to other similar creators and ask what they are doing in response if its an option.

I have seen many reactors going through similar situations. YT seems to be a bunch of a**h***s choosing some people to allow them to use and react any content they like, and harassing out of the platform who they don't. From the outside there doesn't seem to be a rhyme or reason, but I suspect it depends on whose audience clicks on the ads and gives YT profit. If they make money, they will ignore copyrights, if they're not, they will abuse copyrights to drive you out. Unfortunately there is no competition large enough to make them reconsider when their content creators go away. Dailymotion is slow and has very few viewer to compete. Having said that, I think you have to take a hard look and decide what is best for you. You seem to have a full time job, a boyfriend and a nice life. You don't seem to need the monetization for your daily life. If you like connecting with your audience so much that you are willing to deal with YT, just be prepared that whatever content you do they will be questioned by YT. If you think you don't need the abuse, I will hate to see you go, I love your content, but I will understand you have to do what's best for you and your loved ones. Its important that whatever you choose its something you enjoy. Movie reactions do well but there's a lot of work editing to get around copyright. Comedy clips, stand up & sketches, are also quite popular too & you'll find those on RUclips already. Usually giving the original channel a shout out & posting a link to it seems to avoid copy claims there

Copyright is going to be a problem no matter what content you put out. That being said I love movies, gaming, music but those are all reactions so not sure what you want to do but I'll try my best to be a better subscriber and watch more content . Don't go!❤❤❤❤❤

I'm sure most things you enjoy doing would be fun to watch. (As much as the lonely Quagmire in me wants to suggest OnlyFans, if your heart isn't in it why bother? If you like that side of your life to be private, it should stay private!) Omg if you want to make fun of my country's politics, I'm absolutely down for that! (Not if it's a chore for you.) I would 1,000% do movie reactions. Your gonna get more views and you bypass copy right because unlike reaction videos you can black out the screen every so many seconds. Especially since you have a job and not totally dependent on youtube for cash. You can have prerecorded movie reactions and just release them on whatever schedule you have. #1 i recommend you try a few things you would like and just say on each video "hey guys im testing how this type of video will do on my channel and then after a week or a month decide okay i enjoy this more and it seems yall enjoy it as well. #2 i also recommend you make a disclaimer before any kind of reaction videos you do. Some examples ive seen is Copyright warning Im using this video as part of fair use laws according to code ____ section __. All rights reserved to owners. I butchered that but you get the point. Im sure you could find a template telling you what to say. If you want the views and subscribers i would say movies would be best for you. If your like i don't care about views/subs i just wanna have fun then i recommend you do what you enjoy the most. Whether thats gaming, music, and or whatever else. Idk about copy rights in songs but if you did songs reactions and make the followers pick the song it would be great idea plus you will make the followers more specially if it's not english song

React to music which viewer will tell you to react (not copy righted or stop in between to react dont play the whole thing in one goo ) , Movies (Properly cutted needs alot of editing), you can also do some other reactions too such as reacting to comedy skits, old mr bean, youtube movies that are free to watch there are alot but my mind is too small
