I was just rewatching this for what has to be the tenth time and I can’t believe I haven’t commented yet. I first watched this animatic around a year and a half ago after just finishing this game and I remember adoring it, come now and I rediscovered it and it still gave me the same chills it did the first time. This actually made me replay AAI2 again and then come back for another watch because oh my god I love it. First of all your song choice is perfect it’s funny how it all worked out and just makes it go perfectly with this. Secondly I love how you made each case flow into each other because that’s what it is a full cohesive story chopped up into 5 cases it’s honestly mesmerizing to watch. I also love all of your character designs they resemble the originals but add your own personal touch which I absolutely adore. The fluffier hair, the expressions on each of the characters is just ahh. Can I say I also just love your art style. The messier lines just add to this and I love how they look especially when there’s action makes it look more desperate in a sense meanwhile the cleaner lines are used when an action is more controlled. It’s such a nice detail and a wonder to look at over and over again. This animatic just scratched my brain is a good way I love everything about it and I’ll continue to rewatch it because of that. Anyways thank you for making this masterpiece inspired me to replay this game so I could rewatch this with a full understanding once more cant sing its praises enough!

To this day one of the best pieces of fanwork associated with AAI2, it's so wonderful. 🥹 The use of color here is absolutely iconic! Glad to see more people finally get to experience the story!!

I'm surprised no one mentioned how perfect it is that the lyrics in this song include the phrase 'Blame Simon' when the main antagonist of that game was named Simon

This is why they need to remake the Miles Edgeworth games. Not just bring it to PC and make an official translated version for 2, but those games made some opportunities the Apollo Justice games missed out on and deserve so much more attention
