We live in Creek Harbour for the past 18 years and respect the fact that you didn't try and follow the car in that was at the gate. We are the number one neighborhood in the Prince Creek area and are proud of it. Nice vid, but please try and keep our little slice of paradise a secret ! 😂😂

Market Common is a fantastic area. I live there and I love it, but be warned, it is EXTREMELY expensive in comparison to the Myrtle Beach region at large.

You are so right, especially with Debby. Businesses closed and I saw families on Ocean Blvd walking and having a grand time. There are a few big puddles but nothing that would incapacitate a vehicle, even a sedan.

I have to say that there is phenomenal drainage in my North Myrtle community, where our streets didn't flood and we weathered the storm in this manufactured home community, quite well! ALERT: The "best kept secret" for all those considering a move to Myrtle - check Zillow in North Myrtle for manufactured homes in that REALLY sweet "$125,000 and UNDER" range, and you just may luck out like I did, and find a house that has already been renovated!! There still are deals to be had, you just have to know where to look!

Great points Nick. I can see how that can turn into a nightmare really quickly when you have to get out of your house and closing gets fumbled from out of state lenders and you have no place to live. Yikes! We will definitely be using your help to get any home loans that we need so it is simply streamlined. We are going to be buying two houses in Myrtle Beach areas and I don't want any of that happening to us. Great video!

I have owned houses my entire life, and in numerous states from coast to coast, and the master bathrooms have always had large showers and large garden tubs. Great video and a nice over view of a beautiful area. Is there an actual city of Murrell's Inlet? If not, what are the closest cities to find doctors, veterinarians, hair salons, yoga studios, Macy's/Dillards type of shopping, etc. Thank you for your response.
