Thanks for commenting! We are not dogmatic on eschatology at Christ the Word Church, however I personally, as the pastor, do not hold to a pretribulational rapture viewpoint either. I believe it is important to teach all major viewpoints on debated, non-salvation issues and to allow the hearer to prayerfully consider them against the Scriptures. God bless!

So is God in control, or does God have control? Does God want everyone He creates to become saved by their faith in Jesus as Lord, or is faith something God makes us have or not have? Are we all predestined to be conformed to the image of His son or does God only predestine some that they become conformed? Do some parish even though God wishes for them not to parish? Why are some conformed but God chooses not to conform others even though He made all of them? So, it’s ok for God to create, knowing He’s in control but instead of saving all of His creation, He chooses to send some to hell? It’s just very very bad doctrine and its theology is terrible.

Jesus doesn't see these people as enemies or as competitors. He sees them as people, which is the most important lesson. Jesus never referred to a single group or any man as an enemy! And that was an unprecedented theory back in those times! He wanted to help everyone no matter how they felt about him! His only wish was for people to be better off than they were before they met him!
