This framework was developed in 1990's by Perry Keenan, Kathleen Conlon, and Alan Jackson, all being the former partners at Boston Consulting Group (BCG).

Nice subject, voice quality 👌🏻👌🏻 but pls don't say mythology. because mayth mane "BHRAM" aur bhram Ke pichhe koi science nathi hota. "Mythology" term dwara hame Miss guide kiya jata hai. Back of the mind inject kiya jata hai ke, 'Hindu sahitay Jo bhi vah ek bhram hai.' So pls use Hindu scriptures instead of Mythology. take it as suggestions. Keep it up. God bless you. .

Same thing happens with people who are in politics,work as 'karykarta' and become CM of the state.but one should have stuck there only and face the situation , handle it patiencely.ofcourse it takes long time to change the situation.
True this. It takes time to change and yes it prevails in politics and also in every industry. This constantly going debate around nepotism and groupism in entertaintment industry is because of this same issue. People resent to accept their junior or new faces as their leaders. A person's skill, grassroot expertise and their individual leadership ability is more important than what family background, class or community one belongs to.

One more thing we learn that you should explore the real world to your child in his childhood ,so they can absorb every thing.
So true. Especially in these times that we are living today, the world full of materialism and competition (that automatically involves envy, anger, grudges, grief etc.) it is so so important that a child is exposed to realities of life from an early age itself. But also on the other hand every child's level of sensitivity towards certain circumstances is different. Hence, parents must also be mindful while exposing harsh realities to their child that it must not turn into lifelong trauma for that child as it can also result in the other way. Hence, using the right kind of words and body language by elders is so crucial when showing the harsh realities to children.

Body language is also a part of communication. How can we judge it rightly ?
Yes, Body language is indeed one of the most important part of communication. As per one of the theory named “Mehrabian theory” it is stated that out of 100% - We communicate 55% through body language, 38% through the tone of our voice and sentence and only 7% through our words. This means that 93% of our feelings are communicated in a non-verbal manner. I will try to make a separate elaborated video on this. Thank you for suggesting ☺️
