@@StancyNova Hi Stancy! Yes, can`t wait to get there. I`ll be driving to Cadiz and then taking the ferry. I am also bringing my cat with me. 😻My boyfriend, a musician from the US, will join me on Fuerte. And he is going to play a few shows there. I work remotely as a freelancer in marketing and sales, and usually spend half the year traveling, the other half in Germany. So if you have any tips for a place to stay with really good internet, I would really appreciate. 😄Hope we can connect in person someday. Do you have any plans to come back to Fuerte? Sending a big hug from Germany.❤

Super interesting... I had 2.5 years in fuerteventura, and once i'd done all my paperwork, my residency, and everything, i had the exact same process... Suddenly... i was like, it's correct, it's time, you can go home "that little voice saying" it's good, go back to switzerland. An intuitive feeling which took place mid may, with a departure mid-june, and now in switzerland since beginning of july. I wish you the beautiful journey, inside, outside, and as you say... it seems obvious and feels right, to do the work and whatever comes along :)

I healed here, I have done everything that I needed to do, so it didn’t feel right (intuitively) to stay longer. It is time to move on, time to enjoy the city life! I actually really like doing city things. It is a challenge also! A challenge that requires personal growth and perseverance. But I think I am ready for it. Wow I'm sooo upset your leaving even though I'm not there with you in our paradise fuerteventura but I will stay in tune with you. Your post have been so healing fir me and to find someone who exactly and I mean exactly gets the island and hus protection it gives is amazing..... feeling think km crazy when I tell them of such a place of sanctuary. I had the same “almost drowning” situation in Fuerteventura flag beach a few years ago and I’ve never been in the water again only were I can stand. But this winter I want to learn to surf on Fuerteventura. But this experience is still in my head. Brave that you’ve done it!

I know THE ONE surf teacher that has helped so many of my girl friends to feel comfortable in the ocean on a board. He name is Mauro. DM me on Instagram and I will send you his number!
