I noticed some flaws in this channel particularly and I am gonna give some tips which will be helpful for further growth of this channel. Take this as some constructive criticism. 1. Don't make long introduction as well as outro animations - Long intro animations takes a long time to captivate the viewer to be hooked on to the video. You have to make it so that the intro is quick and tells the viewer what video is gonna be on. 2. Make it reachable to other students and not only specific viewers- This video for instance and some other videos on this channel as well seems to be in Bengali which is where your channel is from. But in this case it does not matter where you guys are from. You are a Teaching Channel trying to reach to the students who need your knowledge. And to achieve a wide range of viewers you need to be able to communicate in English which is the second most spoken language in India. You cannot get more views on your videos for this single biggest reason. 3. Get better editors- I have seen some of the videos on this channel and noticed that the editing is kind of lackluster for the range of videos you guys are trying to achieve. So some more professional or more thoughtful editing from editors would add that little touch your videos have been missing. Better thumbnailing to attract more viewers would be very helpful to give your channel that boost it needs to grow. Hope you found these tips helpful and try to improve from here and out.
