Even as sigma male that i didn't know way before 2022 that i never been a fallower, execept for i truly believe. i've been single since forever, but when i was about 14, 15 i have a crush on this girl not because she was beautiful, but was smart and strong and kind, and the things is i wasn't to sure cause i need time to reflect on my self first. The idea having a special someone in my life i must be open to understand and be supportive for my love one, and yes i've become as well stoic without realizing i've become very selective even i was in my teen. i do love my solitude and i want to share my life with the right partnership

Very good video. What particularly resonated with me was practicing negative visualization. When we are aware of the challenges that will come up, we can prepare for them, and not be caught off guard. It’s m about being intentional with all we do.

It could be that there are two or even more ways of how something someone says can be interpretted; it could be that the positive version is just as likely as the negative version, but we seem to go for the dramatic over the sensible so much these days...
@FlanaFugue their are many different ways to interpret something. For example: Has anyone said something that's made you angry? Or, was it how you interpreted it. You choose what you do with information because its your responsibility. But know this, what you entertain you attract. If you entertain negativity you may just receive it back.
