As a woman, my perspective: 1. The carpeting (second house) is way too dark (a dirty brown). It looks depressing. Some faux wood floors in the bedrooms and closets would look so much nicer. Or at least some lighter carpet color like chantilly cream/white 2. The gray cabinets in the first house just didn't go with all the natural wood colors. Depressing color too. White would have been better. 3. It's not really clear if the master bedroom has some screens on any of the windows. Maybe not every window in the master bedroom but at least one. Some fresh air without bugs is essential, especially overnight. 4. The frameless glass shower seems so much better than a tub. Especially considering that I have no need for a tub (no young kids) at my older age. Just a fall waiting to happen with a tub around. 5. That last house has very dark faux wood floors. I like the lighter faux wood shades. Lighter woods are cheery!

Ilike the first house; however, an improvement to mention: the green room across from the staircase should have a door option to close that room off. That way the room could serve multiple uses and most important, if there was noice in the kitchen area the person using it as a spare office will not get any peace!

I LOVE this house. I think this may be my favorite of all the ones I have seen. Im new to Raleigh and renting so far, but this house makes me want to buy. Omg I think I love the ranch more!

Something to think about - when a feature is highlighted please show us what it looks like in the camera! I would like to have seen the flooring in that first bathroom as well as the ceiling in the outdoor room. Minor criticism aside you guys do great home tours!
