I am sure you guys have probably discussed this, but incase you have not - the guy in blue and black has amazing hand speed and shots that are being let down by his way too passive shield. Has he tried more aggressive edge blocking? if not, i think it will make him way more dangerous.

Thrilled to see the practice. Putting aside my bias re: fighting case. I see the blades being used in different planes (that's a good thing, as too often they wind up in the same, resulting in either blocking your own shots or 'swimming' with the blades). I see good conversation happening, on details like blow calling (impact or cut). The movement seem mostly forward and back, not too much stepping off the line of attack to gain advantage. Thank you for posting. I look forward to getting enough time off to see it live sometime. Judging by the date, looks like a Tuesday practice?

the lefty with the centre-grip teardrop is having the same problem i have been working through for a while. If he tried to keeps the shield closer to his body and uses the the centre-grip's maneuverability, he will find that the shots he it trying to pull off will be more effective. plus, instead of moving backwards and a retreat, move forward exiting at a 45.
